Dit prachtig verbouwde, professioneel ingerichte en onberispelijk schone vakantiehuis ligt op een van de beste locaties in Ocean Beach. Het pand is gerenoveerd in een eigentijdse stijl. Je bent slechts een steenworp afstand van het strandzand tussen je tenen (minder dan 2 minuten lopen!). Ocean Beach heeft alles wat een vakantie zou moeten hebben - surfen, zand, fietsen, wandelen, ontspannen. Puur plezier en plezier. Maak lange romantische wandelingen langs de kust. Wandel naar een van de vele restaurants en bars in de buurt. Blijf binnen en geniet van de aan de muur gemonteerde 42 'flatscreen-tv of veilig wifi-internet. Creëer uw eigen diner-ervaring met de moderne, volledig uitgeruste chef's keuken. En na een dag verkennen van San Diego kunt u ontspannen onder een warme regenbui. De nacht wacht op je met hoge draadtelling lakens en een top van de lijn kussen top matras. We hopen dat dit een van de beste vakanties is die je ooit hebt gehad.

Woning beschikt over een opgewaardeerde droomkeuken met Bosch gasfornuis en magnetron, Samsung Franse deur koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, Bosch vaatwasser, zelfs omgekeerde osmose drinkwaterkraan. Geniet van comfort met airconditioning op die warme stranddagen. Wasgoed is voorzien van een zeer efficiënte stapel Samsung wasmachine / droger. Prachtige Italiaanse porseleinen tegel overal geïnstalleerd. Alles in het pand is nieuw. We wilden alles perfect voor onze gasten.

De woning direct naast de deur is ook een vakantiewoning voor 6 personen. Die eigenschap wordt vermeld # 3777320.

** OPMERKING ** Iemand heeft frauduleus mijn eigendom te huur op Craigslist geplaatst. Ze gebruiken foto's uit mijn HomeAway / VRBO-lijst maar hebben een onjuist adres. Ik adverteer NIET op Craigslist. Wees alstublieft voorzichtig. Ze vragen om bankcheques voor betaling.

This is an adorable beach cottage! Our comfortable queen bedroom, living room and dining area were tastefully decorated and the kitchen was equipped to handle any meal you might like to make. The only downside was being in the flight path from 6 am to midnight.

The location, size, cleanliness, and all things you would need when you’re not at home visiting another place. This home had everything we needed. We could walk too many things and get to others easily. I would highly recommend staying here. Everything is in great shape and very clean.

Property is in a wonderful location short walk to the beach in a cute area that felt safe with restaurants nearby. It was nice to have beach towels,boogie board and cooler to use. The price was pretty reasonable but can’t imagine price during peak season. I found it a little over bearing and rude housecleaners showed up at 10am sharp (check out time) and had owner calling which I understand Is the set time,but we travel a lot, have kids and have never been rushed out/ pushed out like that for running 20 min late with them showing up at the door. Other than that highly recommend this rental! Very nice and clean inside

Amazing stay!!

This property was amazing! It was in the perfect location walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen has all appliances and items you will need for your stay. My husband, toddler and I all stayed and it was enough space for the three of us. Host is super responsive. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Comfortable, beach adjacent

I was pleasantly surprised that the interior of the property looked even better in person than in the pictures. The place was quiet comfortable and pretty much had everything we needed. I'm a big coffee drinker and at first I was disappointed that I couldn't find any coffee filters for the coffee maker when we arrived in the evening. I immediately emailed Connie and asked her where they might be. First thing in the morning, before we even got up, she had coffee filters, 3 different kinds of coffee, a pack of cookies, and two bottles of Tide detergent delivered to the door! The condo is very convenient to the beach, essentially a 2 minute walk across the street. There was even a dog beach there. Almost anything you might need to have fun at the beach was provided including beach umbrella, a couple of chairs, boogie boards, some toys, and nice big towels. All in all we had a great stay. My only complaint is that the place is situated on the flight path of the local airport and the planes taking off all day and into the evening are very noisy.

Perfectly furnished and equipped modern unit

The interior of this one bedroom unit has been fully renovated and furnished with top-of-the-line appliances, new large screen TVs, and complete food preparation and service items. Good beach chairs, towels and toys are also provided. The hostess is extremely helpful in responding to any questions you might have. The only thing lacking is outdoor patio space, but the broad beach is right across the street. This is one of the best VRBOs I have ever rented.

Great weekend getaway

Nice cozy place a stones throw away from the beach. The location of the property was perfect! A quick walk to the downtown area that had plenty of restaurants and bars. The vibe of the area is really relaxing. Would like to stay during the summer the next time to enjoy the beach more.

Ocean Beach Perfection

We had a wonderful stay at Connie's property. The location is second to none. Steps away from the beach and a short walk to a wide-variety of food and beverage establishments. Easy access to other parts of San Diego by car. The dedicated parking space was very important on a busy beach weekend. Connie's a great host and communication was quick and friendly. The space was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the bells and whistles we needed.

Ocean Beach Perfection

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one is top notch. You simply cannot beat the location if you want to be near the beach. Location, location, location! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need and the parking space is wonderful! From booking to getting the checkin info was very easy. Great little get away! Will stay here agin if we make it back to San Diego
