THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 16 people. The house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

THE LIVING AREA

The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart 80 inch TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.

THE 3 BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are furnished with 3 King beds, 1 Baby Crib and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

• Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, Dedicated Workspace, Smart TV, with walk-in closet
• Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed, 1 TV and a Workspace area
• Bedroom 3: 1 King bed, 1 TV

2 FULL BATHROOMS
Fully-stocked Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Gated Back and Open Spacious Front Yard: provides massive space for your pets and kids to play and explore. Enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re contained within the perimeter of the house.

Parking for 3-4 cars: Enjoy the convenience and security of our spacious private parking ensuring peace of mind.

Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.

Guest access
You have access to the entire main house in this listing. There's another unit on-site, but they have their own gated yard, private entrance and living space. There is nothing shared between the 2 units.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them in the reservation and let us know if you have special requests

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group

• Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.

• "Entire home" vs "Entire house"?
“Entire home” is not the same as “entire house”. “Entire home” refers to the whole living space that the guest will have private access to during their stay. There may be multiple units or sections within a big property land, as long as the guest has exclusive access to the areas listed in the reservation. For example, an “entire home” could be a (one-bedroom) apartment, a condo, or a studio that the guest uses alone, even if another unit exists elsewhere on the property.

• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?

No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

• Security devices?
One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home

One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio

• Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets. The price will depend on your group’s size

• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only with windows and doors closed. Do NOT smoke inside the home
