Dit ongelooflijke appartement met drie slaapkamers heeft een semi-privé oceaanstrand als uw achtertuin. Je bent letterlijk 30 voet verwijderd van het strand! Dit appartement is perfect voor koppels en gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een fantastische tijd om de getijdenpoelen te verkennen en naar het dorp Ocean Beach te wandelen, op slechts 10 minuten lopen van uw appartement!

Condo heeft een ongeëvenaarde white-water kustlijn en uitzicht op de zonsondergang vanuit de woonkamer, slaapkamer en balkon. 15 voet hoge plafonds! Perfecte accommodatie voor 6 gasten in onze 1.650 SF 3 bed / 2 bad strand appartement. Het geluid van golven die de rotsen net onder dit vakantiehuis raken, is hypnotiserend.

Prachtig onbelemmerd en weids uitzicht over de kustlijn en over de oceaan om walvissen, dolfijnen en zeehonden te bekijken. 2 minuten rijden / 15 minuten lopen naar fantastische restaurants, lokale ambachtelijke brouwerijen, antiekwinkels, massagetherapie, schilderachtig winkelen in Ocean Beach. Centraal gelegen - slechts 15 minuten naar Downtown, Zoo, Seaworld, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Petco Park en de Point Loma Tidepools en vuurtoren.

Twee beveiligde ondergrondse parkeerplaatsen inbegrepen, plus voldoende direct beschikbare parkeerplaatsen op straat!

Ik daag je absoluut uit om een aantrekkelijk appartement te vinden met deze nabijheid van het strand, binnen 15 minuten van de luchthaven en zo centraal in alle bezienswaardigheden van San Diego. Er zijn GEEN vakantiewoningen zoals deze in La Jolla. Je staat voor 1 uur wachttijd en probeert naar een vakantiewoning in Pacific Beach of Mission Beach te rijden. Ik heb meer dan 30 jaar in San Diego gewoond en dit appartement gekocht, wetende dat het de allerbeste waarde is van elk appartement aan het strand.

We loved our stay here. Everything was as pictured. Loved the location for exploring and great home base to explore all of San Diego from La Jolla to Coronado Island. Loved having the use to beach towel, beach chairs and boogie boards. The view was the best!! Would stay here again.

The property we stayed was beautiful and had the best view ever! We had six adults stay with us and it was very fun and inviting. Parking was great because we had 3 cars and 3 spaces. We walked to beach daily and walked to downtown Ocean Beach for great food! The owner was very communicative and we had no issues. Would highly recommend this location and would stay there again! Amazing trip for sure. Thank you!

loved our 5 night say....perfect location, we could walk to restaurants and a wonderful market for almost anything you need. The owner let us checkin early allowing us a few extra hours to enjoy the sun and the amazing view!

We stayed in this condo in early May. The views were fantastic and access to the cove and beach was easy. Unfortunately, the condo was disappointing. The furnishings and floor plan were not what was represented online. The condo also had lots of deferred maintenance. We will not stay there again.

The location of this property cannot be beat. Finding a place with 3 bedrooms all having king size bed was a prize within itself. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Overall was a wonderful experience!! The only thing negative. I can say is minor maintenance issues, but they are easy to overlook with the comfort and location of this beautiful home.

We had a great stay. The views inside and outside the unit are incredible. We saw dolphins from the living room on multiple days. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The unit and furniture shows some age but everything is nice enough and clean. The location and views more than make up for it. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Group of 5 adults stayed here for my daughter's wedding. Property was clean, bright and airy. Direct oceanfront, wonderful breeze with the windows and sliding glass door open, and beautiful sunsets. 3 large bedrooms, all with king beds. Large closets. Beds are very comfortable. 2 full bathrooms. 5 of us never ran out of hot water. Fireplace opens into living room and master bedroom - as the weather was amazing, we did not use it. Comfy living room furniture (seating for 4), open living/kitchen area - additional seating at kitchen table. Host was very responsive. Let us check in a few hours early. Answered our questions promptly, gave us recommendations for restaurants. Host only requires dishes in dishwasher and garbage to cans when leaving. Would certainly stay here again. Two things to note - this unit is a 2nd floor unit with parking underneath. So there is a shorter set of steps up to the street level and another set of steps up to the unit. My new knee handled them no problem, but could be difficult for some. The unit is on a cliff, as are many properties in San Diego, so there is a fairly long set of steps outside to get down to the beach. Nice thing is the stairs are right next to the condo. Second item - the underground parking garage provides 2 spots, plus guest parking. However, the parking is a bit tight. We were fine with a SUV and a Mazda 3 - but would have been hard to maneuver with a crew cab pickup truck or a Suburban.

**Review for Oceanfront Vrbo Stay** Our stay at this beautiful oceanfront Vrbo was absolutely magical. The home itself is perched right over the ocean, offering breathtaking views that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The sounds of the waves and the stunning scenery were the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The owners were incredibly accommodating and gracious, making sure every detail of our stay was seamless. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect coastal escape!

35 steps up to the unit. Air conditioning was not working contacted the owner two days later he had somebody come out to replace the coil. The thermostat was a smart thermostat which I could not control and I believe he was the one who was in control of the thermostat and he turned it down to 62 at night and we froze, and there was no way for us to do anything with the thermostat. I contacted him concerning the fact that the coffee pot was leaking all over and he said maybe I'll have to get a new one. It was a Keurig leaked all over the floor and the counter and I had to clean everything up and then I did not have a way to make coffee. I contacted him concerning the fact that we had bugs coming up in the sink and all the bathrooms. He wanted a picture and he didn't seem very concerned about it. He then indicated that after I sent him a picture that it was water bugs that didn't stop them from coming, I also indicated to him that the TV in the bedrooms were not working and he said he'd have to look into it that sure didn't help me. Overall, the location was good for the times that we wanted to go into downtown San Diego and other areas. It was very convenient and very easy to get around. As I was leaving, I checked with the cleaning personnel it was arriving and they were working in a unit below me and I walked in and it was like night and day, and she told me that the other units have been remodeled. This unit is in need of a big upgrade.
