Charmant 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer huis gelegen in de rustige buurt van Rolando / SDSU College Area. De woning biedt een zeer comfortabele woonkamer, twee kleine slaapkamers en een grote badkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Er is ook een bijkeuken met een wasmachine / droger en een grote wastafel. De achtertuin biedt een groot overdekt terras samen met een volledig omheinde achtertuin. Beide slaapkamers hebben Smart TV's. Wifi wordt geleverd samen met een vaste telefoon. Stille, schone en goed gemanierde huisdieren zijn welkom! Gasten die reizen met een camper of trailer hebben de mogelijkheid om voor het huis of op de grote oprit te parkeren.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and needed to find a place that we could stay with our dog. We found Jeanette’s property and booked it.It worked out perfectly for us.Dog was happy, we were happy and the 2 nights were great.Jeanette was very helpful and in constant communication.We recommend if you need a place for your dog to roam and not in the hotel.Thank you!

This property was perfect for our quick stay in San Diego. We came for the Marine Corps bootcamp graduation. Upon arrival we noticed the house was clean, well kept, and had every little amenity we could ever need from small room fans and room air conditioners (if needed), to an iron and spray, to a doggy poop scoop! The home was furnished with plenty of clean seating options (indoor and outdoor) and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space, towels, and was very well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a park within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if ever we are in the area.

This is a quiet and convenient two bedroom house; Von's shopping center, Smart and Final and several restaurants are all within walking distance. San Diego State University is also close as are major thoroughfares and Highways 94 and 8. House is on dead end street, and has a covered back patio area to sit in and enjoy the birds and bunnies in the yard.

Our host….Absolutely awesome communication and so considerate. She truly worked hard to accommodate us, due to my having a medical procedure, that required me to lay flat for 48 hours. Since we live 2hours away, I couldn’t travel through the mountains. The house fit our needs.

We spent the weekend here with no issues. The property has everything you might need and the host was very responsive to all messages. It's in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to anything you might need or want to do while in town. Loved the backyard for the kids to play!

The 3 stars for location is only because im from san diego and el cajon blvd can be iffy once the sun goes down however the house is far enough off the blvd that i didnt feel worried.The house was the perfect size for our little family and accommodates pets well with a nice sized fenced in yard.Great central location short drives to the beach or mountains. The beds were SO COMFY too. Host was very responsive and accomodating which was nice as we've dealt with no so nice hosts before.

While we did not stay at this property, the manager had to upgrade us(because the current renters had flooding at their home and needed more time at this rental) to an AMAZING house in Fletcher Hills. If you need a larger house to rent, ASK Jeanette! Very fast and friendly communication!! Entire experience was wonderful!

This small home is cozy and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry equipment, and a nice backyard and patio area. The location was about 20 - 30 minutes from the waterfront (all dependent on traffic). A shopping area is in close proximity. Jeannette, the host did a great job communicating and making the check-in and out process seamless.

Everything you need is within a short drive. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't a problem. It was also equipped with almost anything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

we take a trip every year to san diego and our first time in tjis specific house. It has to be the best short term rental we have ever stayed in! our dogs were so comfortable and accomodated especially with the beautiful yard and our 3 year oldkept saying how much he loved this home! thank you so much! maybe see you next year!

This is the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had, and very affordable for what we got! Jeanette was very hospitable and responsive. The house had everything! Usually something in a rental is missing—not enough toilet paper, no towel hooks, etc. But this house was fitted with everything we needed for a family of 5 for a week, including beach towels! The house was about 20 minutes from everything, in a very quiet neighborhood. Do not delay on renting this house. I wish Jeanette had homes in the other places on my bucket list!

We needed a place that was dog-friendly, with a secure yard, no carpeting, and in a quiet neighborhood. Jeanette’s place ticked all the boxes and more. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Access to freeways was easy, and downtown was only about twenty minutes away. Jeanette was very responsive to questions. We’d definitely stay at her place again!

The house was great and my dogs LOVED the backyard. They had so much space to run around. The house was clean and ready for us before check in time. Jeanette was a great host and was quick with responses. The neighborhood is quiet and located near many stores and restaurants. Our 18-year-old immediately loved the aesthetic that the whole place had. It is quite relaxing and pleasant. We were happy there was an air conditioner unit in each room plus numerous fans in the home. Though we did not have any young children, I saw the high chair, pack-n-play, and small cot in the closet. Plus she had pet food dishes in the laundry room. There were plentry of nice towels, extra pillows, and blankets..Jeannette is set for all circumstances!
