Your journey begins on a quaint, private front porch, perfect for al fresco dining, where you can savor the vibrant atmosphere under dimmable ambient lighting. You can order take out from one of the dozens of surrounding restaurants or grill up your own masterpiece on the grill. Or enjoy your morning coffee as you soak in the vibe from your own private perch.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area boasting a generous 65" smart TV custom-built into a modern slat wall. The entertainment center is accompanied by a stunning LED fireplace and so you can set the mood for a relaxing evening. If you want to step up the fun, challenge your fellow guests to one of our numerous board and card games, including pro poker set.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and not conducive to parties or loud groups. It's not that we don't like to have fun, but living next to a vacation rental can be tough, so please help us stay in good graces with our neighbors.

**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and you will receive the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in the guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
