• Air Conditioning: This home does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms and the dining area, with additional portable fans available for added comfort.

• Parking: A private garage is available and is best suited for a small to medium-sized vehicle. Additional street parking may be available nearby, but spaces are not guaranteed and are subject to local parking regulations.

• Property Access: There are two ways to access the home: directly from the garage after parking or through the main front door.

Guest access
You'll have private access to the entire unit, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, living area, and your own private front and back patios. The neighboring unit is occupied by a quiet long-term resident and is completely separate.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES

• The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• The total number of guests must match the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
• No parties, events, or gatherings.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The property may have exterior security cameras and interior noise monitoring devices (no audio recording)
• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping, is prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.

AGE REQUIREMENT

• Minimum booking age is 25.
• Government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in.
• Reservations that do not meet the age requirement may be canceled.

GUEST VERIFICATION

For security, insurance, and building compliance, select reservations may require completion of a brief verification through our secure guest portal. This may include government-issued ID, contact information, purpose of stay, and acknowledgment of a rental agreement.

Check-in instructions are released once verification is complete.
