Villa Magnifica is een prachtig 4000 vierkante voet oceaan huis met comlete meubels,
 500-thread count sheets en WiFi overal. Drie HDTV's in de woonkamer, Den
 en Master en nog 5 flatscreens in alle andere slaapkamers genieten van premium kabel-tv. De
 poolhouse heeft een douche / kleedruimte evenals een 4e badkamer.

Bekijk de spectaculaire jaarlijkse migratie van de California Gray Whale vanuit je leven aan de oceaan
 kamer, den, keuken en slaapkamer van Villa Magnifica. Het hele gezin zal de walvissen graag zien
 trekreis langs Point Loma terwijl ze naar Baja California reizen.

Bij aankomst zult u genieten van het ruime entertainmentgedeelte achteraan, compleet met een uitnodigende
 zwembad en verhoogde jacuzzi spa. Een gracieuze woonkamer rond het zwembad ook
als twee Oceanfront dekken zorgt voor een ongeëvenaarde vakantie-ervaring.

Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen: groepen van 18-22 jaar moeten het bericht 'Ask Manager' hebben, want we voegen de bijgevoegde Casita toe met 2 queensize bedden, een complete badkamer en 2 tv's en een koelkast tegen een gereduceerd tarief. Zie het hier. Niet direct boeken als je 18-22 in je groep hebt. Tel alstublieft baby's.

Alle vijf slaapkamers, evenals het hol en de woonkamer genieten van royale proporties. De 4000 vierkante voet huis is groot genoeg om familie reünie en zakelijke retraite groepen in staat te stellen om onbelemmerde toegang tot hun slaapplaatsen te genieten zonder tegen de anderen in uw groep aan te lopen die verspreid zijn over de rest van het huis.

Villa Magnifica ligt op het westen met een rechtuit uitzicht op het witte water van de prachtige Stille Oceaan.
De 20 meter hoge kathedraalplafonds zijn versierd met glazen wanden die elke avond de prachtige zonsondergangen omlijsten. De woonkamer, den en eetkamer zijn ruim voor grote groepen en bieden een ongeëvenaard wildwater uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan.

Er is een groot zitgedeelte in de achtertuin waar zelfs de grootste groepen kunnen genieten van de zwoele San Diego-avonden bij het zwembad. De nabijheid van de keuken en de barbecue buiten maken het binnen-buitenleven buitengewoon uitnodigend. De gas-BBQ is in de buurt van buiten zitplaatsen en tafels om buiten te dineren in het eetgedeelte buiten.

Achter het zitgedeelte in de achtertuin bevindt zich het grote verwarmde zwembad en de 6-persoons jacuzzi spa.

Combined 5 families, to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was perfect for our situation. The pool/hot tub was awesome, the ocean view from the front deck was spectacular. Thank you for honestly making our dreams come true!

There were 12 of us staying here and there was room for all. The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, lines and towels. We did not want for anything. The view here is spectacular and the manager was very responsive to our needs.

Location location location literally the ocean was right across the street. The host was welcoming. the house was beautiful furniture a little outdated but comforter and served the purpose plenty of linen and towels. The kitchen had all amenities. Overall looking forward to our next booking

Pros The house location was great. It was very roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. There was lots towels and extra sheets if needed. Devon was very responsive. When we told him him there was no soap for the washing machine, he came right over with some as an example Cons The house needs some general maintenance. Paint was peeling off the window sills, windows that didn,t open, no ice trays in the freezer, and front windows were very dirty. There was also a problem with pool, but Devon got someone over the try to fix it. But the pimps ran all night, the hot tub kept fill up an$d then emptying. I know he was getting someone after we left to fix it, but it was disappointing. Don’t get me wrong, we had a great time.

- The location is amazing, with wonderful sunset views, no parking issues (if you want to park at sunset, it can be difficult but there is parking space at the back of the house). There are a few grocery stores 5 to 12mn away (Jensen's or Trader Joe's to cite a couple...). It is close to the airport, which is convenient if people gather from different places (we had guests flying from from HI, MI and France...) - The house itself is great. Common spaces are really spacious, allowing various activities in parallel. The lanai in front of the house is very nice too and the glass railing makes it safe for young kids in your party. - The kitchen has all the equipment you need (and more) to prepare meals and accommodate a big crowd!. Sleeping quarters are in an aisle of the house which is mostly away from the common space: also a good thing! The swimming pool is a plus for kids and older ones too... - As noted in another review, the house has been used, so not everything is in a pristine state, but it is expected from a house mostly used for large gatherings. Some pictures are old and the house has aged since then. - We had no issue with the house itself. The heating of the swimming people (which we paid for) didn't work when we arrived and it took some time to be repaired, but we were reimbursed for the days we missed it. - The communication with staff was fantastic, from the preparation before we arrived to the checkout at the end of the stay for the fourteen of us!

Eleven old college buddies stayed here for a long weekend. Our host was terrific; friendly and extremely responsive. The location on the beach at Sunset Cliffs can't be beat. As promised, it accommodated 11 of us nicely, with bedrooms and bathrooms. However, while the house was adequate, it is past its prime. The pictures are from a time in the past. Just be aware that the place is a little rough around the edges, and not "luxury". All considered, I still recommend it.

We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.

The property description write up needs to make it much clearer that the house is NOT air conditioned. Why does this matter with the Pacific Ocean across the street? The house faces due west and it gets quite hot on sunny days. If the marine layer settles in the house gets quite humid and not very comfortable. Just a heads up but overall the house is ok but in need of some upkeep. No AC needs to be made clearer.

We were looking for a house that can hold our large family and this fits the bill. The communication between I and the company (manages the rental) is great. Joe and Dylan took care of every issues we encountered. The house is dated, still it has everything we need to make ourselves comfortable. When we need our own space, we can also find it in the house as well. We did not know that CA requires fencing around the pool, and that is appreciated as we have a almost 2-year old in our group. A few things that can be improved: screens at every door (to keep the flies from coming in), light fixtures tested (quarterly) to ensure adequate lighting. We'd consider renting this place again if we choose to come back to San Diego. A nice stay at a great location.

We had 10 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant, and the property accommodated us all perfectly, with room to spare. Fabulous location, fantastic views. Very well appointed home - while we didn’t cook much, everything we would have needed was there. Joseph is an outstanding and gracious host, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend any large group if you need a home base with all (or more) of the comforts of home. If we ever travel as a group to San Diego again, we would definitely book this home.

First let me say that this place is quite lovely. There are mostly pros, but the cons are here too. First, the host is great, very available and very supportive of your needs. The properties location is top notch, and the house has a very well supplied kitchen, towels, sheets and blankets. The cons are that 1. Its pretty dated and needs a bit of a safety inspection. Loose or non-existant hand rails for stairs, old falling apart porch furniture, one of the wall mounted sinks conpletly broke off the wall and almost smashed my foot. When i looked closer it was literally plastered to the wall with no beam support to the structure. 2. If you want a private pool, this isn't your place. While the pool is fully private and centered in the home, theres a video camera pointed right at it and functioning 24/7 i have a teenage daughter and neices there and found that a little creepy and invasive. Also if youre thinking of a romantic evening swim or hot tub... think again and smile cause you're on camera. This leads to the 3rd point of the terrible neighbors and quiet rules. If you have a quiet group that shuts things down around 8pm then this is your place (outdoor activities end at 8pm) also $300 noise charges are there and can be very subjective. One neighbor is apparently 89yo and doesnt like noise. So we literally had to be inside with all doors and windows closed so we don't get hit with a noise violation (quite hot in there with no AC). Other side neighbor 2 houses down blamed me for having a dog on the property, which was the house next door, dog sitting, they were very quick to blame me and the host had to come verify and calm everyone down. Bottom line if you're a chill quiet group this is a great place, if you want to stay up past 8pm this is not your place.

We hosted my and my husband’s family for one week in ONE house for our elopement marriage on sunset cliffs. The house and host were very accommodating and comfortable fit all 16 of us in one house! The host was very responsive and easy to reach. I would definitely rent from this host again!

This was the second time to stay at Villa Magnifica and it did not disappoint. What a beautiful view of the ocean and the house accommodated our large party with room to spare. It is in a great location, easy access to all venues. The glass fronted porch area is perfect for people watching and enjoying the weather. Will definitely book this house again when we are in San Diego. Joseph and his staff are fabulous to work with.
