Zwembad, hot tub en een penthouse appartement met een panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de woonkamer en keuken! Wat kan je meer vragen? Het is allemaal hier bij Ocean Point!

Gelegen op slechts twee blokken ten noorden van Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach, naast de Mission Beach, halverwege tussen de wijk Downtown Gas Lamp en La Jolla. Loop naar een groot aantal prachtige etnische, vis en Amerikaanse restaurants en winkels. Ride onze voorwaarde fietsen op de mijl en de mijl van de oceaan-front en de baai-front promenade. Kijken naar de pelikanen afromen van de golven in de vorming en een glimp opvangen van dolfijnen spelen in de branding.

Dit comfortabele appartement was net volledig vernieuwd in december 2013 door de nieuwe eigenaren. De woonkamer is voorzien van nieuwe vloerbedekking een comfortabele bioscoop-achtige bank en love seat die volledig leunen. Geniet van de 55 inch LED-flatscreen-tv met kabel en DVD, 500 stereo muziek stations, hoge snelheid kabel internet met een Wi-Fi en een iPod-dock. De koningin Murphy bed in de woonkamer biedt een comfortabele bed met het zicht! De eettafel met 4 stoelen ligt direct aan de ramen van vloer tot plafond om te dineren, het spelen van spelletjes voor het gezin of gewoon een bezoek ... met een geweldig uitzicht op zee!

De nieuw tapijt slaapkamer beschikt over een queen bed met een nieuwe Beautyrest pillowtop matras en een 42 inch flatscreen-tv met een dvd-speler. De badkamer heeft een geheel betegelde bad / douche combinatie. Hoge kwaliteit lakens en handdoeken, haardroger, strijkijzer en strijkplank, en wekkers.

Je zult nooit een zonsondergang missen of voelen zich vastzitten in deze open California stijl keuken met uitzicht op de oceaan. Granieten werkbladen, alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten en alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken en eten thuis.

Dit gebied is ideaal voor fietsen, dus we bieden 2 beach cruiser fietsen plus boogie boards, strand speelgoed, strandlakens, strandstoelen en matten. De wasruimte heeft 11 wasmachines en drogers, zodat u uw was kunt doen en terug op het strand in no time plat! Het gebouw heeft een beveiligde deur, een ondergrondse parkeergarage en een lift ook. Voel je veilig met onze state-of-the-art elektronische sloten. Elke gast krijgt een nieuwe deur code die afloopt bij de check-out tijd. U kunt uw deur code te wijzigen bij aankomst om iets voor u gemakkelijk te onthouden. Geen zorgen over het verlies van uw sleutels op het strand! Vraag ons als dit toestel heeft AC!

Slechts 2 mijl van SeaWorld, 3 mijl van de oude binnenstad, 9/7 mijl van het Gaslamp District, het Embarcadero met zijn drijvende musea en Seaport Village, en mooie Balboa Park en de wereldberoemde San Diego Zoo. Binnen een uur is de outlet winkels, de bollenvelden van Carlsbad, Legoland en de wijngaarden en antiekwinkels van Temecula en de Wild Animal Park. Binnen 2 uur zijn Disneyland, de historische goudkoorts stad Julian en Anza Borrego Desert State Park.

The property looked as shown in the photos. There were extra rental steps after I booked through VRBO. There was communication from property managers. It was difficult to determine which building I needed to check in but managers were easy to get a hold of and very helpful, coin laundry not near your unit. Fully stocked kitchen and great ocean views. I would recommend this place!

The unit is very nice. It has been updated beautifully. It is located at the north end of Pacific Beach close to restaurants and bars. The owners have included beach toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and others. We watched beautiful sunsets during our stay. The only issues are the building is old and not updated. Also, the unit does not have air conditioning which was a big issue during our stay.

This is the perfect beach vacation condo! We stayed for 7 days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The unit has an unobstructed ocean view and is on the 4th floor which allowed us to keep the windows open all night and enjoy the cool breeze and hear the waves. It’s outstanding location meant we could walk everywhere we wanted to go! The condo is beautifully decorated and well laid out. Plenty of space for us all. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything anyone could need. They provided plenty of beach chairs and towels which was highly appreciated. The customer service from Nancy’s Vacation Rentals was outstanding! Excellent communication and just a text away if needed. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more! Simply put, this was the perfect beach vacation.

Everything great. Only negatives were refrigerator water filter was over 2 years old so bought water for ice and drinking. TV instructions were out of date and key is difficult to use on downstairs door coming inside. Easy fixes for management. Would definitely go back!!

My friend of 59 years and I stayed here for a week. I’ve stayed at other units in this building. Only downsides — carpets and ceiling fan in bedroom NEED cleaned. Love the murphy bed! Wish we’d had more sunshine, Thanks!

We arrived in the evening and the building and garage were difficult to find. Once in, we took the very old and dirty elevator and walked along the dirty rugs in the hallway to our unit on the 4th floor. We were greeted by a blast of hot and stuffy air (ok understandable, all the windows were closed) . While we were searching for the lights we were happy to find an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the owners had placed a lock on it so it could not be used, apparently this must be rented ahead of time. We opened up all the windows and put the ceiling fan on and it was ok. We were exhausted so we went to sleep ( the queen size bed is very comfortable). At 6am every morning there is a wake up call from the garbage trucks . There is also ongoing construction . On the 3rd day the elevator was taken out of service for the remainder of our 10 day stay. We became quite familiar with the stairwell as we carried our beach chairs, or groceries or any other reason to get in and out of our unit , up the 4 flights of stairs. It's hard to imagine that the homeowners were not advised that the elevator would be out of service. The unit is clean, well furnished , comfortable bed (and murphy bed) and affords a spectacular view of the ocean from the living room windows. The pool was fine, the hot tub was nasty . There is construction all around so nowhere to lounge. The beach is right there and we got new beach chairs and an umbrella. It does have a tremendous amount of seaweed though. We discovered that the beach on the other side of the pier didn't seem to have much seaweed. The beach cruisers were also fine. The unit is nice, but given the terrible condition of the building, we would not rent it again.

We arrived Sunday, Google maps will tell you to turn onto Emerald St., but don't you get to the parking lot from Diamond St. BUT the condo was perfect! It was clean, keys, bikes and beach chairs were where we were told they would be. All appliances worked, never felt like we were staying in someone else's place. There were great restaurants, all within a block. We'd recommend Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Dirty Birds and Mr. Moto's Pizza. The beach was beautiful..the water was cold... (we went mid May) but the scenery was gorgeous. ALSO Nancy's management was super helpful and prompt in answering questions.

My husband and I lived in San Diego 50 years ago and had never returned until now! Having spent the last several winters in Florida, it was a refreshing change to be among the Millennials rather than the Boomers! (We were definitely in the minority.) Even though it was spring break time, everyone was enjoying themselves and there were no behavior issues that we witnessed. (Alcohol is illegal on the beach.) The condo was very updated, clean and well appointed with great views from the 4th floor for people and surfer watching. It was nice to have a secure, designated underground parking spot. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store close by as well. We did not use the bikes as the boardwalk was usually too crowded with people to make it enjoyable. The only caveat I would mention is that the condo is on a cliff with 55 steps down to the beach, so if your knees are short on cartilage like my husband's, you may want to think twice. However there is a more gradual access to the beach farther south along the boardwalk. Although the condo is very up-to-date, the building itself is showing some age, e.g. the elevator did not work 3 out of the 8 days we were there which was good exercise for me, but not so great for anyone with mobility issues. One of the recliners on the couch was broken, and the key to the building was very tricky and a frustration all week. The staff at Nancy's Vacations were wonderful to work with....great communication before and during the stay, not only about the condo but also about the city and its attractions. You don't always get an answer when you call, but usually get a call back within 15-30 minutes. Overall we were very please and would recommend this condo. Hopefully it won't be another 50 years before we return!

Great place to stay in Pacific Beach. First, the place was very clean. The pictures are accurate. Second, we had everything we needed to cook the meals we planned. Third, the beach was steps away and the places we visited were easily accessible. Having a parking spot was great. If you are looking for a place with access to the beach, the ocean front, and the best of San Diego, put this place on your list.

My family had a great time at the beach , the location across the boardwalk is unbeatable literally a few feet from the beach and a block from restaurants and shops , the condo is updated and fully equipped, great communication with the owners they were very professional and a phone call away ! This property met all of our expectations. Perfect location overlooking Pacific Beach just steps from the beach. The condo building is fairly old but the unit has been updated beautifully. Very well furnished and included everything we needed to get started, including kitchen utensils, appliances, condiments. Also beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes etc. etc. Very nice!

The condo is updated and clean and the right amount of space for our family of 3. Having bikes and beach chairs and extras was super helpful. And also having a parking space was wonderful. The building itself is a little run down although the condo itself was very nice. The neighbors were loud every morning for a short time. But the view was outstanding and the location to everything on pacific beach is perfect. Overall a very nice place.
