Got a room on the 3rd floor, the moment I got into the elevator...half of it was covered by urine. I immediately went back to the front desk and report it. The housekeeper was done for the day. The front desk guy, could not leave the desk unattended. Do until the next morning, it was clean. The next day, around 7 pm same thing, this time the from desk guy check housekeeper and it was still there and cleaned it. It is a perfect location but only one person at front desk. Nobody else to help in cases like this. Not a good experience.

Nice and cheap and includes breakfast. Great location. Old and worn but rooms are modern annd clean except for some packaging and a mask I found under the bed.

Checked out first night out of 3 due to unsanitary conditions, super strong cigarette smell, couldn’t open window due to no screen on window plus noise level and felt very unsafe.

The staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. The area is not as convenient for public transit. Having a car would be better. But I still enjoyed my time there. Rooms are pretty standard for a hotel. Nothing special, but clean, fully stocked, air conditioned and gets the job done. Not too noisy. Breakfast was also really nice. They have the good waffles.

It stunk like old water in the room the towel had stained blood on it there was a roach in the bathroom so it made it very innocent about taking our luggage inside didn’t want bugs getting in our stuff left early cuz it was nasty worst hotel I ever stayed at I complained they said I have to go threw who I booked threw it was not comfortable at all I would like to ask in consideration of the nasty experience if u can at least compensate half my money back to my one key rewards hotels ain’t cheap and you’d think they’d be a lot ckeaner

Housekeeping never came to my room for my whole 13 day stay. Bed was very uncomfortable. Staff helped me get towels but didn't understand that I need new sheets. I will not stay there again, room had openings in walls near shower base and shower constantly leaked out onto bathroom floor. I had a whole pile of towels and sheets in the corner of my room due to no housekeeping. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Bottom line, i reserved it because of the nightly deal. Place was run down, noisy and really didn't feel safe since I stayed there by myself after all. I had hoped the 3 stars reflected that it would be a bit newer just surprised it was so run down.

The room was OK; the shower door handle was loose. Ice machine is on the 1st floor so if you stay in 3-4 floors up; you would have to walk all the way down to get some ice. Room was clean though; not provided enough toilet paper, only 1/2 roll.

Was clean but that was about all. Had a problem at check in. Stated they didn’t use my bank even though it was still a Visa which made no sense to me. Had to cancel reservation and rebook thru a third party in order to use my visa. Tv. Did not work and the sent a maintenance person to fix it and they couldn’t figure it out. Wi- fi works only near the office. I did fix the TV myself finding that the USB cable was not connected. The Wi- signal was stronger from the hotel next door. Won’t stay again.

With the down right harable service and the rooms that are falling apart to being judged by a staff member about eating to much with their breakfast (no meet to be found) do your self a favor and spend the extra few dollars to stay elsewhere.

Overall it was a great stay. We were looking for a nice clean space to sleep for the night and this was exactly it. The light breakfast was convenient and every staff person I interacted with was very kind. The only downside to this area, if you are traveling and do not have a car at your disposal, there are no stores or restaurants that you can walk to with the exception of one liquor store 0.7 miles away. That however is the case with all of the hotels in Hotel Circle.

Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with an overwhelming and unpleasant smell. I believe the unpleasant odor at this hotel is due to the lack of significant investment for an extended period of time, as well as its elderly age and inadequate noise insulation. I strongly discourage anyone from going there, except under extreme circumstances when all other options are fully booked and sleeping in the vehicle is not preferred.
