Surf Side Cottage met terras, twee koningen Suites, Bunk Cave & 70 stappen om het zand!

U zult genieten van onze Surf Side cottage die ligt op een steenworp van het zand en surfen! We liggen net buiten de Boardwalk, zestig stappen om het zand bij 726 Dover Court in South Mission Beach, waar is is nog steeds dicht bij de attracties, maar ver genoeg om het gevoel dat je je eigen rustige buurt aan zee en stiller strand! Vier deuren van de kust in de buurt van de hoek van de Ocean Front Walk en Dover Court. Heldere en zonnige cottage-stijl unit met vernieuwde keuken, bamboe vloeren, een wasmachine / droger in eenheid en een twee kingsize slaapkamers en twee badkamers! PLUS Een NAP grot met twee eenpersoonsbedden elk met hun eigen TV / DVD. Met de slaapbank kunnen we geschikt voor maximaal 8 in bedden.


726 Dover Court in South Mission net ten zuiden van de Roller Coaster. Begane grond, Single-niveau, en heeft ook een groot terras dat is ongeveer 15 x 20 voet in grootte! Een buitenkamer je niet snel ergens anders voor deze waarde te vinden !!! Geniet van grillen en dineren, terwijl slechts een steenworp afstand van de diepblauwe zee, de promenade, strand, en surfen! Dicht bij de actie, maar toch rustig en een paar deuren verderop voor een rustig verblijf.

Uw kinderen kunnen spelen in de oceaan recht tegenover badmeestertoren # 12, die is gelegen op het strand waar u het opzetten van uw dag op het strand!

Twee king suites om uit te kiezen hier, plus twee stapelbedden en een queen bed slaapbank in de woonkamer. Extra gasten zullen genieten van de kwaliteit slaapbank / futon in de woonkamer, altijd een favoriete plek om te slapen met de TV, DVD en VCR-afstandsbedieningen in de hand. Veel ramen geven deze Beach House karakter en een Beach Cottage gevoel.

De in de eenheid wasmachine en droger zal u helpen om licht te pakken.

Graduation weekend.

The home was perfect for our family while we were attending SDSU graduation. We were able to come back after ceremonies and relax in the yard area with the fire pit. Communication with Sharon was excellent. We look forward to staying again when our next SDSU Graduates in 2027!

Perfect for our family of 7!

The accommodations were perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach, spaciousness of the home, and wonderful backyard made for an amazing vacation. Our 6-year old grandson said, "I'm going to miss this place the most!" over the Zoo and Sea World (especially his bunkbed with his own tv!). Thank you for sharing with us - we certainly hope to be back.

Beach getaway

We loved this property, it’s exactly as advertised! It’s in the perfect location just steps away from the beach and the outdoor space is really enjoyable. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness of the floors. We had a crawling age kiddo and the floors turned his legs and feet black, as well as ours from walking on it. The floor felt grimy to walk on. Aside from that, it was excellent!

Cozy, Cute, Very close to the beach

I love this little beach house. We have stayed there the last 2 summers for a week. It steps away from the beach and close to Belmont Park. I love that the family could come and go as we pleased because it was so close to things- sometimes doing things together and sometimes apart. We had a fun and relaxing time. I was hoping to book again this summer but it looks to be blocked with grey. Maybe next time.

Excellent location & cozy and beautiful home!

My parents, husband, and I loved our stay during our 3-day vacation in San Diego- the location was excellent and steps away from the beach. You can hear the waves sitting in their beautiful patio and it's very calming. There are a few amazing local stores, cafes, and restaurants around within walking distance which is convenient! We luckily got to meet our host Sharon when we checked in. She promptly responded to our questions and made sure everything was in place at our rental. The rental place is compact and had minor wear and tear but it wasn't a deal breaker for us because it was homely and worked for us. Highly recommend them!

This beach house is really in the middle of it all, yet it has a quiet, laid back vibe. It’s just steps to the beach and a very short walk to Belmont Park, They thought of everything and had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and sand toys to use during the stay. The washer/dryer combo was incredibly convenient for wet swimsuits. The whole stay was a wonderful way to begin our summer break. We will most definitely be back!

Perfect spot for beach and city in San Diego

We stayed here for four nights in May 2024 and were very very pleased with the location, amenities, accessibility, and comfort of this beach house. It is a very short walk to the Mission Beach (we didn't even wear shoes some of the time) and a close walk to a market, a few restaurants, and Mission Bay. It is close to highway 8 so getting to other San Diego spots like the zoo and Balboa Park is quick. We had a minivan and it fit well in the spot provided. PLENTY of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, and towels are provided. Sharon was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. My kids loved the bunk beds. Some areas of the house are showing some normal wear and tear, but nothing more than expected and all the appliances worked great. Linens, paper goods, and kitchen supplies were provided. It was very comfortable for our family of five, and again, the location is hard to beat. Book it, you won't regret it.

Loved the proximity to the beach. There are a couple of markets within a couple of blocks and a great little coffee stand. Only complaint was that the sheets on the top bunk were not clean, they were covered in sand and crumbs.

Lovely stay for a family of 5!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The sounds of the ocean echo through the living space and when you open your doors, The ocean waves remind you how close you are to Paradise. The decor is very cute and gives off vacay vibes. The beds are comfortable, the appliances Fit all the needs, and the outside area is such a wonderful place to chill. When I had an issue, turning on the fire pit, the owners came right away to show me how to operate it The location is really. Very close to Belmont Park, where there are plenty of places to entertain families. Also super close to some cute coffee, shops, and storefront restaurants that serve for great meals in a pinch. I would definitely stay in this location again And really loved every minute of it.

Mission Beach memories.

This place was a perfect fit for us! The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were great for 2 couples. So close to the beach we could hear the surf from the patio! Late night chats around the fire pit were wonderful. Easy walk to markets, dining and cafes. Very quiet and relaxing. Excellent communication and directions. One suggestion is to update the bath fan in the laundry/bathroom. It starts normally but after a couple minutes only blows hot air. It didn’t bother us at all bc it was a little cool during our March stay but others may find it uncomfortable.
