'The reception staff were amazing, very helpful and made the holiday feel special, they gave me an upgrade as my room wasn’t ready. The room was cleaned everyday, the room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The hotel was well situated for Adeje and was able to get around very easily. The hotel provided great breakfast and the entertainment was interesting 😂'

'​Staff was friendly and welcoming; however, our stay was very disappointing. On our first night, I had to request bedding to make up a bed for my son. Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap. ​The room was poorly maintained. There were orange stains in the bathroom, the sheets were stained, and the sofa bed had dark patches with no provided linens. I tried to overlook this to enjoy our holiday, but...

'We had a short stay here just 2 nights in Tenerife in order to go to Siam Park.The apartment was perfect for our requirements, the hosts were friendly and super accommodating and we were able to bring our dog along.We made use of the BBQ in the terrace and the pool and all in all had a great time. There is a small convenience store located just a minute away at a nearby hotel and a bigger supermarket just 5-10 mins walk.'

'Overall It was agood experience starting with initial contact with the owner Julio giving immediate helpful advise on taxis and shops and further support with orientation issues in the late hours.The rooms were nice and balcony with nice view made meals really enjoyable. The lighting in the property has been done with a lot of creativity and children loved playing with the great variety of interactive lights.
