I was actually anxious at first after seeing the reviews but it turned out ok. Common bathroom was clean, water supply was ok during our stay. Staff were polite and courteous. Location was very nice too since its really facing the beach front. Our room was spacious given that there was just two of us. There are areas for improvement like putting trashbins in rooms and the bathroom. But overall a good vacation experience with them.

Nice staff, but management and upkeep needed
The "sea view" room is not a room with a view of the sea unless looking out the bathroom window and seeing the neighbour's beach counts. For the price, just get the cheapest room. We stayed in two rooms due to overbooking and both rooms had issues from a weak bed to bad taps and unheated showers. Breakfast is ok. The staff are very friendly and it is hard to say bad things but I have to honest.

Hello Randy, Thank you for your feedback and letting us know about your stay. Unfortunately all the rooms do not have ocean view, but the restaurant has a nice view of the ocean. We only have one room with a heated shower . I apologized for your unhappy stay and thank you for taking the time in writing this review.

Staff are very hospitable and approachable. We asked if we could extend for a few more hours and if how much would we need to pay for it, but they let us stay without additional payment. Two thumbs up for your service!

a place for solemn vacation - not nightvlife
They have a good customer service. But they still need to improve their amenities. There a wifi -pocket wifi. (7slow connection). TV is not working. No room cleaning as stated in the web. But, if you really want serenity in your vacation, it is a good place to go. Wide shoreline, you can really feel the zen of nature. It is not advisable for people who likes night life also. The good thing there is that the people are very hospitable.

Hôtel proche de la plage, au bout de Santiago Bay, et à côté des 4 restaurants du coin. Lit confortable, salle de bain basique et petit déjeuner classique. Le personnel est accueillant mais un peu confus. Wifi faible.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel au bout de Santiago. La chambre avec air conditionnée était propre et plutôt grande, avec quelques rangements. Par contre très peu d’isolation, un simple rideau pour cacher la fenêtre qui donnait sur l’entrée couloir. Petit déjeuner compris avec œuf et riz, très basique mais correct. Accès direct sur la plage et proche des 3-4 restaurants de la baie. Le wifi ne fonctionnait qu’une fois sur 2.

Für den Standard viel zu teuer. Dreckige Zimmer, nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Kein Internet und trink Wasser.

If you want to escape away from the city and looking for a quite and peaceful place, then this is the right room for you. Great location since it's very close to the beach.

Camotes is for relaxing!
First room i got they had no shower hoze so they gavr us the room beside it. Only it took long time to cool of the room with aircon since they didn't turn it on despite i booked this room a week in advance. Very laid back attitude and expect that in Camotes island if you are from an efficient western country. It is for relaxing staying on this island. Pleasent surprise many things are cheaper on this island comparing to other more popular islands or in Cebu. We were driving around this island by scooter and didn't meet one tourist on our way around. This is an island i can move to in a few years from now since i love this island life. Paid 350 pesos per day since i rent it for 3 days otherwise 500 per day. I bargained with the owner of scooter. Maybe i will extend one or two days more renting it. Great fresh mango juice at Pito's, only 35 pesos wich is a bargain for fresh mango juice. No regrets at all visiting this island. Changed to another resort after first night.

Nice for a no
The hotel room could do with a little love but they are fine for what you need. Beautiful location on the beach with some nice cafes around. The staff are very nice and kind but not the most actively helpful, although if you ask them something they will try.

For the price this was a pleasant stay for me and my wife. Remember your free breakfast is a small filipino breakfast with some kind of meat with rice and a coffee. Be careful when booking because the least expensive rooms in this hotel are shared bathroom.

Worst Hotel :(
Worst hotel that I've stayed in my entire life. We book two rooms but they given us one room and the they confirm this before when we booked. We expect a good ambience on this hotel but we seen a dirt and noisy place. The one room that they provided on us was dirty and beds mattresses were not clean. Comport room has a lot of waste that has not clean up. Were like squatter and has not enough bed to sleep. They given us one extra bed but i think the room was good for 4 person and were 7 person. Also, sometimes theres a power interruption in the hotel especially at night and its hot in our room. Receptionist were stress in entertaining customers and she is the one who moves in every request of the customers while the others were not helping her and she promised we will having our mango shake but it did not happened all was spoken and no action done. The most terrible is no water supply in our room since we are in the 2nd floor and we have bad feelings on this that we cannot have our own personal hygiene because no water supply. We just go common CR which were waiting to vacant the comport room. This hotel are not recommended to my friends. A lot of improvements needs on this hotel.

Flott beliggenhet ved Santiago Bay
Ved ankomst ville ikke hotellet godta min booking gjennom Hotels.com til tross for at denne var bekreftet og betalt. Hotellet viste til at de ikke hadde noen avtale med hotells.com. Jeg måtte derfor betale kontant for rommet før jeg vil tildelt et rom. Saken ble senere oppklart og jeg fikk tilbake pengene og et rom med bedre standard enn jeg hadde betalt for - likevel en dårlig start på oppholdet. De luxe rommet jeg fikk tildelt hadde et baderom som ikke fungerte optimalt . Meget dårlig vanntrykk, vinduet kunne ikke lukkes, gamle hårtufser lå i vinduskarmen og baderomsdøren måtte låses opp med nøkkel hvis den ble lukket. Personalet gjorde alt de kunne for å rette opp ser dårlige førsteinntrykket og totalt sett ble det et greit opphold før jeg flyttet til et annet hotell dagen etter. Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet ved Santiago Bay og utsikten fra den felles terrassen er nydelig.

The hotel staff are very accomodating and friendly but service is a bit slow. The room is actually good BUT very dusty especially the comforter. I got colds during my stay.

ENTTÄUSCHUNG
Neues Hotel direkt am Strand. Im Badezimmer kein Wasser! WIFI-Verbindung funktioniert oft nicht. Personal absolut unzuverlässig!!!!! Zwei mal Frühstück bestellt, davon beide Male das falsche Frühstück bekommen! Am Tag des Auscheckens sollte das Frühstück um 6 Uhr früh fertig sein, damit wir pünktlich zur Fähre kommen. Frühstück war nicht fertig, Personal war weit und breit keines in Sicht, die Rezeption war unbesetzt, das Personal hat in ihren Unterkünften geschlafen. Das Notbett an der Rezeption war auch unbesetzt, da der diensthabende Mitarbeiter anscheinend lieber in seiner Unterkunft geschlafen hat! Für diesen Preis eine absolute ENTTÄUSCHUNG HOCH 10!!! Am Strand direkt vor dem Hotel liegen Glasscherben und Bierdeckel herum! Das ist gefährlich!

最低なホテル
Wi-Fiは深夜になくなるし、 足の踏み場がないくらいの狭さに 無料朝食が付いてるってだったのに 3人分の宿泊料払ってて2人ぶんしか 作ってないとか言われるし、 何時間前かわからない料理がずっと 屋上に放置されててそれを食べれと 言われるし、とにかく最低のホテル。 日本人経営だから期待したのに 本当に最低でした。

この度は当ホテルをご利用いただきましてありがとうございました。朝食が三人分用意されていなかった件ですが、ご予約いただきましたFanルームは定員が二名でエクストラベッドを追加いただければ、大人三名でご利用いただける設定になっております。朝食は定員分の二名分が料金に含まれておりますが、エクストラベッドをご利用いただいたお客様の分は別途とさせていただいております。Expediaでご予約いただいた際に部屋の定員が三名となっておりましたが、これは当方の設定ミスであり、また、受付担当から充分な説明をご提供出来なかったのは当方の指導不足です。せっかくのご旅行にもかかわらず、不愉快な思いをさせてしまい大変申し訳ありませんでした。今後はより良いサービスをご提供させていただけますよう従業員一同精進したしますので、ご容赦いただけますと幸いです。あと、朝食はお客様のご希望をお聞きし、その時間に合わせてご用意しますので、作り置きをお出しするようなことはございません。また機会がございましたら、ご利用いただけますと幸いです。
