Ontbijt is rampzalig. Op zich een goed hotel, goede locatie en propere grote kamers.

Gewoon goed hotel
Pas gerenoveerde kamers dus nu op elke kamer standaard een koelkast. Geen luxe hotel maar alle benodigheden aanwezig. Kamers zijn schoon. Lekker bed. Schone douche. Wij sliepen aan de achterkant dus totaal geen last van verkeer. Big bus halte voor t hotel. Half uur lopen naar fishermans warf. Over lombardstreet is leuk maar gaat al snel 30% omhoog. Aanrader om stukje om te lopen. Ontbijt is klein. De ruimte nog kleiner. Wel yoghurt cornflakes melk baggels en zoete broodjes aanwezig.

Goede ligging en aangenaam verblijf
Gratis parking ,wifi overal aanwezig en het ontbijt waren de pluspunten van het hotel. Kamer was ruim maar sober, een ijskast was niet voorzien maar daar komt nu verandering in want bij ons vertrek waren ze in alle kamers een ijskastje aan het voorzien. Het minpunt was de kleine ruimte die voorzien is voor het ontbijt zodanig dat de meeste hotelgasten hun ontbijt moesten meenemen naar de kamer.

Uitstekende wifi, gratis parkeren en goede kamers
Hotel met bijzonder behulpzaam en vooral vriendelijk personeel. Mooi dakterras met uitzicht op de Golden Gate Bridge. Een luxe continental breakfast...met croissants, pastries, danish, jus, yoghurt, cereal en koffie of thee. Tourbus stopt voor de deur (soort hop on hop off) Ligt dichtbij bekende bochten van Lombardstreet. Dichtbij Fishermans wharf. En...gratis overdekt parkeren in eigen parkeergarage. Ben zeer tevreden!

Limited parking facility. At 10pm there was no parking space and I had to park blocking others and needed to give my car key to front desk so it could be moved in case the car I block could be moved.

Sorry about the parking issue. We offer free parking so most of our guest are availing of this hotel courtesy. Parking is a "first come, first serve basis"

Overall it was a good stay. Biggest downside was that the inroom wi-fi was very poor. It would go continually in and out, mostly out. I was trying to do some work from the room and it was impossible given how non-existent or intermittent the in-room wif-fi was.

Great Option with Parking!!
This is a great budget friendly hotel in a great location. Several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc to walk to. The hotel is as advertised. A great value for a short stay. Property does feel dated, the hallways could use a refresh, and it has an older elevator that curiously is slow with only a short number of levels. The room was quite adequate and comfortable. I had the room with the sofa. I recommend it for additional square footage and extra seating area. Room was clean and comfortable as expected. My only complaint was the water pressure from the shower. It was extremely low pressure. Parking is a huge plus considering it is included in the price. I would stay again, but at this price point, there are other options to consider. But, if parking and location is a priority, then this is a definitely great option.

Didn’t have warm water, and management was given the excuse that they recently spent 50k on repairs and installed new shower fixtures in rooms and a water heater. Room keys kept freezing and had to ask the front desk to reactivate them multiple times. “It's not gonna be hot because you’ll burn yourself.” I know my body's heat tolerance Sir thank you, for spending the entire day outside around the city in lower than 50° weather I want extremely hot shower water not semi-hot warm lukewarm. If you can spend 50 bucks extra go to a better hotel. The only good part was they had plenty of ice and convenient free parking and 8 minutes from FW.
