I liked that the Hotel was near the airport and there was a Shuttle service.
I did not like the 1st room we were assigned. First, the bedding was very old and used (need to upgrade) and I could see thru the stained comforter. The TV monitor was gross with 'stuff' inside the cracks. Minimum to no toiletries. The day front manager had poor cust svc when informed it was as she didn't really care, and didn't want to compensate us for a terrible room experience. However, our 2nd room was much better after we had the broken a/c replaced. On a good note - both rooms were quiet, and the Hotel restaurant had a good buffet and nice servers. Don't stay in room #688
