Op zich een prima kamer, magnetron, koelkast was aanwezig. Bed lag lekker. Dichtbij vliegveld en downtown San Francisco is op 30 minuten rijden. Ontbijt, is geen ontbijt te noemen. Er staan muesli repen, wat fruit, koffie, koud water en een soort voorverpakt koffiebroodje. Dat is het, je kan er ook niet zitten om het op te eten. Wifiverbinding is niet echt super. Kamer wat stoffig, douchedeur onder de vlekken, vriezer mag ontdooid worden. Buiten dat, is het verder schoon.

Prima hotel bij de Airport SFO.
Kamer was uitstekend, schoon goed bed prima sanitair. Ontbijt was beperkt en zitje in de zon creeren eventueel ook een optie, met name gekozen inclusief ontbijt en daar dus ook voor betaald, maar mijn inziens wel heel beperkt in aanbod.

Hotel vlak bij het vliegveld
Hotel vlak bij het vliegveld en op loop afstand de treinverbinding naar San Francisco, vliegveld of San José. Het hotel ligt aan de highway 101 en is helaas wel gehorig. Het ontbijt bestaat uit sapjes, koffie, fruit en koeken of cereal. Geen luxe hotel, maar voor de prijs die wij betaalde zeker niet slecht.

I was given a dirty room in which I have several videos I woke up stuffy because of dust that look like it had been accumulated from 2 yrs. When I went to turn key in and speak to someone no answer which should have been red flag. Same thing happened when I arrived no one was there had to wait 30 min for staff to arrive. I have been trying to get refund before I show an attorney these photos and videos of room and hotel.

The property is old but that wasnt the problem. The room hasnt been cleaned for a while which can be seen from all the dust and spiderwebs inside the room, at the lamps, the mirror… the bathroom has obvious signs of black mould. Even with open door and window there was moisture everywhere after 1 shower. All in all it wanst a pleasurable experience. 1 night before a flight from SFO was more than enough.

初めての1人海外旅行で2泊しました。海外のホテルなので特に期待はせず、寝るだけの場所として考えていたのでそこまでのイメージダウンはありません。しかし、部屋の鍵は閉まらずフックで開かないようにしてあり、自販機のドリンクは全て完売、朝食付きとありましたが朝食の提供はなく、冷蔵庫に入れた飲み物は凍っていました。 本当にただ寝るだけの場所と考えるなら特に問題はありません。

The property promised breakfast and there was no breakfast served. They only had some coffee, apples, and oranges and called it Breakfast. We asked for a refund and to leave the hotel and they called the police on us stating that we wanted to pick a fight and threatened to hurt them. We were there on vacation so why will we do such things? The hotel carpet was smelly and dirty. The room was dark, windows were dirty and foggy. Room was super cold, just a thin blanket and sheet. We did not sleep well because we were so cold that night. Upon awakening, we were hungry and found out that they dont serve hot breakfast as what they advertised that breakfast will be serve from 7-10 am. Then they told us to wait 15 minutes, breakfast will be ready. We waited for 30 minutes, went down to the lobby and the laddy said her manager went to Costco to get some breakfast, We waited again for him and when he came back with some apples, he said that was our breakfast. We said we want to leave and get a refund and he was I am busy, Cant you tell. Wait. He has no manner and super bad customer service. Do nt stay at this hotel.

Property was extremely misleading. no breakfast provided, was not provided any room service or even changing of waste containers/trash. room was covered in dust and someone definitely entered the room while I was out but didn't do anything. very weird. would not recommend to anyone.

Dirty. Almost everything (headboard, tables, desk, lamps, TV, walls) had a smear of something. Maybe it was mud, food, bodily fluids, I don't know. There was also a decent layer of dust behind the tables/desk. Phone in the room did not work. The shower would not stop dripping even with the handle turned fully off. The toilet would make some kind of noise occasionally. Something like after you flush and the sound it makes when the tank is just about done filling back up. Front staff at check in was nice though. Bed was okay. Microwave was convenient. Ample free parking in a Tuesday. If you don't mind the level of cleanliness, this place is fine.

Good part is at least first floor rooms didn't have much road or airport noise. Bit of mildew, we had to tighten loose toilet seat, carpet clean but dust on furniture. There was some apples/oranges as well as packaged pastry for breakfast. Don't know when those hours are because they have to leave the door locked when no one is there and didn't want to ring the bell just to get that. However, there is a good Mexican bakery Hijas del Gallo a few blocks away. No extra charge for parking.

parking was very tight, especially since someone parked right in the middle of two spaces. the only other open space was unmaneuverable. luckily there was one spot on the street I was able to get into. the tv never worked; every day "someone will be here tomorrow." we didn't bother to ask about it the 4th night. we used a roll away bed for two nights; it was like two layers of fabric over the springs. it definitely needs a new mattress.

It would have been nice to be able to enter the lobby to get out of the traffic noise & to hear the person behind the dividers. I couldn't ask questions or hear them at all. Their only concern was that I wasn't sneaking any additional people into my room! I travel to SFO for medical care & am typically in a lot of pain. So the extra standing & inability to ask questions compounded my discomfort. I couldn't even ask for a copy of my final receipt.

The property isn't in the best of areas, there is not a lot of choice in the way of restaurants close, most things are less than appetizing looking and a decent walk away. i Found myself ordering doordash which is ok I guess. The room was not cleaned once while I was there. No one changed the sheets or asked if I needed additional linens or anything. I didn't feel secure, the lone door into the room area was open more often than it was closed, and it really wouldn't matter since the parking lot in the back was wide open anyway. On my First day, the police spent a significant amount of time questioning my next door room neighbor. Again none of this made me feel safe. Speaking of safes, the safes in none of the rooms work. I ended up carrying around all of my valuables for all three days of the conference I was attending. All in all I would not recommend this hotel, I understand why they are so adamant about not refunding people who prepaid for this hotel. DO NOT stay here.
