'Everything was good. Just one bad experience trying to contact the front desk.to inform.them of late arrival, and I got a rude AI program! You can tell this program was purchased because it promised shorter phone help for us customers but all it did was piss me off. Talks too fast. Gave me wrong information. When I did arrive at the hotel, one clerk aggreed with my assessment and gave me a card with the front desk direct number. '

'Fire alarm went on several times at 4 am and we had to go down to the lobby where no one ever tried to calm us or communicate what was going on. Checking in took ages though we received an upgrade because our room wasnt ready. Pool was great for my kids.'

'Cute hotel but shocking how I got dirty sheets with semen stains on them when I checked in. I called immediately and the hotel offered to take off 1 night of parking (29 dollars) and let someone in the room while I was going to the pool. This was a nice gesture even though I was horrified with the fact that they didn't change the sheets after the last guest! to my horror, after the room was checked by room cleaning again, the sheet was STILL there! I called right away and the hotel apologized...
