The front door glass was missing and there was wood in its place. A homeless woman was coming out of the door to the building. This place looks like a flop house. A place for transient. 'Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. Property owners were very responsive and called weekly to check in. Would recommend. '

'Location was as described, downtown LA. Very busy street meant noise throughout the night, every night. Building next door had fire alarm going off at 2:00 am. We were sent the wrong WiFi password in the original check in text. There were not enough forks for the number of guests. The apartment itself was fine. The pool, hot tub and grills were nice. We were asked to pay for parking separately after the booking, felt a little bait and switched.'
