"The staff was amazing. Very helpfull and kind. The bathroom smelled (shower, sink, bidet), we let the staff know and they tried to fix it but it didn't help sadly. Also the airconditioning was very weak. The room stayed warm so sleeping was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice. Area was unpleasant but it was close to the center which is nice. The room was also very small. "
"Het is eenvoudig en alles wat je nodig hebt plus dichtbij het treinstation. Vandaar uit kun je makkelijk naar de luchthaven. En het centrum is op 5 a 6 loopafstand. "
"Vreselijk verouderde kamer hadden wij. Het hotel is totaal niet 4 sterren waardig.
Behang wat half eraf was, vieze stoffige airco, zeer verouderde badkamer, kapotte tegels, lamp die flikkerde, viezige vloerbedekking. Ze waren het wel aan het renoveren (weet niet of alle kamers gerenoveerd gaan worden) en daardoor lag er ook plastic zeil in de gang en de trap naar eerste verdieping zat onder stucwerk. Het onbijt was prima, niet heel bijzonder. Ze liggen we perfect in centrum van Bologna en alles is op loopafstand te doen.
Personeel was norsig en bij uitcheck zeiden we dat we de kamer niet echt geweldig vonden en verouderd was. Werd totaal niet op gereageerd en toeristenbelasting viel ook hoger uit dan Expedia aangaf, €10 meer. Kortom hotel is niet 4 sterren waardig eerder 2, de prijs te duur en volgende keer nooi meer! "
