De overgang naar de vakantie-modus is gemakkelijk in deze stijlvolle eigentijdse hotel aan het strand. Deze elegante villa gelegen in het exclusieve Palmilla Resort gemeenschap is een meesterwerk van de rust. Cool, rustig en verfijnd met een ontspannen rand, is dit functionele huis gehuld in licht en comfort. Koele tegels, neutrale kleuren en warm hout mode een eigentijdse toon binnen, ondertussen lichte bloemen en het kleurrijke kunstwerk van de natuur is een pracht van sereniteit buiten. Grote ramen en glazen deuren nodigen licht en lucht vrij stromen door de ruime woonkamer. Kick terug in een zachte bank in de woonkamer te halen op favoriete shows, maken smakelijke gerechten in de slanke en stijlvolle keuken volledig uitgerust met premium RVS apparatuur, dan verzamelen voor de maaltijden aan de eettafel voor acht. Zon en een rustige ambiance wacht u op uw eigen terras, waar gecapitonneerde terrasmeubilair wacht uw plezier als u ontspannen naar de zachte refrein van wuivende palmen en de zee lappen aan de kust. 3 couples celebrating 50 years. This

This place was amazing. The location couldn't be better. We watched the whales everyday and everywhere. Pablo and David were fantastic at preparing our meals and the fish we caught. They kept the margaritas flowing. Lupita did daily housekeeping and provided fresh towels daily. Wifi was great, Tv cooperated allowing us to watch the Super bowl. Any assistance we required was handled quivckly. It was a trip of a lifetime in a villa beyond our dreams. Thanks to Ana and Kristalle for making sure our needs were met.

Amazing House and Location

It really is an incredible listing. Perfect location inside Palmilla with a swimmable beach out front for experienced swimmers, or a quick walk to Palmillla Beach where it was glass for younger kids. Ana and Lupita were great and so helpful and responsive. Smooth check in and great communication the entire time through WhatsApp. Our only suggestion for improvement is the patio furniture - a lot of it needs replacement and is very weathered and/or broken. Otherwise it was perfect, a 10/10 rental. We hope to be back next year!

A quiet paradise

Palmilla was absolutely stunning. This home and the views were everything we hope for when booking. My husband and I, along with my parents (72) and our kids (16, 13, 10) had 5 fabulous days at this beautiful home. The location was perfect. We walked every day and could not get over the beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed sitting in the pool and hot tub watching the boats and whales. The chef cooked for us the first night. Everything was delicious and it was such a treat to relax all day, then be served at the house. The concierges did a great job helping us plan the perfect stay. We loved surfing lessons and would highly recommend a boat day to see some whales, the arches, and swim. I cannot recommend this property enough. We had the best time!

Can't say enough positive things about our recent stay in this Beach House! The services provided were exceptional, such as our amazing concierges who made planning this trip a dream, and the housekeeping arriving at precisely the same time every single day. We took advantage of the professional and exceptional massage therapists, drivers, and chef services. Each made our trip memorable and enjoyable beyond our expectations. We were celebrating a 60th birthday amongst friends, and this home was perfect for everything we wanted: privacy, beach access, a pool, various lounging areas, comfortable rooms, and space to gather or be on our own. I just don't know how it could've been any better!

Fantastic location, property, and staff that go above and beyond!!

The house and the property are exactly as pictured, but are actually better in person! It's an older property, but well maintained and the location on the beach is perfect! All the bedrooms are spread out and provide good privacy and space with two primary bedrooms on the pool level and two smaller bedrooms upstairs. The pool and yard were fantastic and where we spent most of our 5 day trip. The waves/ocean were way too rough to swim this trip, but it seems like certain times of the year it would be possible. As much as we enjoyed the house and beachfront location, the true star of the show was the management company, concierge, and staff/chef! I wish I could give more than 5 stars to David and Balbert, who were the chef and staff for our stay. They went above and beyond for our stay and the food was amazing! David knows how to shake up some fantastic drinks and the real surprise is that he tailored the drinks to the menu and had different drink options throughout the stay. 10 stars for the spicy margaritas!! The airport transfer and car service that they arrange is also top notch, as well as the cleaning staff that came every day and kept the house looking great. I highly recommend this property, management company, and the chef and transport services they can arrange! The communication and assistance with planning and problem solving was the best I've encountered in years. The food and service was also fantastic and it made our trip even better in a perfect location!

Retirement Get Together

This was the perfect place to stay. So relaxing and it was just wanted I needed. The staff was amazing and very attentive to any requests. Also, we had the dinner catered one night and "hands down" probably the best steak dinner I have every had. Have stayed at other homes also in Cabo, but would put this one back at the top of the list. Thanks for great memories!

Greatness. . .

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. We all really enjoyed the house, the pool and walking the beach. I would highly recommend at least one dinner with their chef. The food was as good, if not better than the high end restaurants we checked out. Also, you can take the golf cart to the grocery store and it has a nice selection of liquor, wine, etc. Great place with tremendous service.

Simply Amazing!!!!!

We take a family vacation every year, 3 generations. This was the most amazing property we’ve stayed at yet! The location, the comfort and cleanliness of the home and the (unexpected) concierge and staff was fabulous!!! Kristalle and Ana arranged everything for us, from grocery shopping to transportation and outings. We wanted to spend most of our time right on this beautiful property. Kristalle set us up with one evening out and a day trip into Cabo. Both outings were perfect because of her advice. We also rented a golf cart so we could transport the grandkids to the calm beach just minutes away. That made a big difference as the beach directly in front is a tad rough, even for us So. Cal natives. But the absolute best thing Kristalle arranged for us was having a chef and server on site for every meal. We can’t say enough about Pablo’s meals! Unbelievable! And the service we received from David was the best. These two made our trip a true vacation. From breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, it was all fabulous. Oh my, the tortilla soup!!!!! I could go on and on. Oh, did I mention daily housekeeping???!!!! I absolutely recommend this property and the team that comes with it. Simply amazing.

Exceeded Expectations

Our family of five (2 adults + 3 children) stayed here for five days in March of 2023. Everything about the property and the management exceeded our expectations. The photos on VRBO are very accurate of what to expect. The house is really nice and the location is incredible. The property was clean and in good condition. The pool was great for the kids. It’s a reverse layout so the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms are on the upper/entry level. There’s a nice grill on the upper deck right outside the kitchen. Then it drops down to two bedrooms and pool/beach access. Was great for our kids as they entertained themselves in the pool and the adults hung out on the deck and drank margaritas. Would be equally good for adults. We ended up with an extra bedroom - Could have had another family. The ocean and beach views from everywhere are incredible. Better even than the pictures on VRBO. We probably saw 200 whales from the house, some at close range. The beach outside the villa is incredible. Adults can swim although it’s a little rough for children. It’s very private, secure and i barely saw anyone else on it all week. There’s a calm beach (Playa Palmilla) about a half mile to the east good for swimming. I wasn't expecting the host company to be a private concierge. They called us 5 weeks prior to the trip to offer assistance with every detail of the trip. Kristalle and Anna helped us book rental car, private catamaran cruise, dinner reservation, babysitter, and generally answered every question we could have. They printed a spreadsheet with daily itinerary and checked in with us during the stay. The daily housekeeper did our laundry and cleaned everything. Was a much higher level of service than i expected. I think some of the other villas in this area are more contemporary (and expensive). This villa is not crazy fancy but really really nice so i think it’s a good value relative to others nearby. If you’re thinking about it, go for it. Was fantastic.

A magical spot

The villa is in a spectacular setting - gorgeous views, a wonderful and warm pool and the bonus was watching whales spout almost hourly. Family Thanksgiving Stay

We had a wonderful stay. From the night huge windows looking at the deep blue sea of Cortez to the welcome refreshments and flowers to the plan ones of restaurants, prestock groceries, transportation, planning and selecting great fishing and snorkel Guides. . This was our second time staying in Palmilla and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else! This property met all of our expectations as shown in the photos and description, except the view of the ocean cannot be captured adequately in photos. Kristalle, Ana, and the crew were extremely accommodating, answering every question we had before and during the trip, and were quick to resolve any minor issue or question we had.

“Welcome to Paradise!”

As we were pulling away from the guard gate towards the home the guard said “welcome to paradise” and he couldn’t have been more accurate. The home and the view are breathtaking. Ana was there to greet us and show us around. She was kind and incredibly helpful. Our welcome party was a great start to a perfect trip there. The house was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. The pool was the perfect temperature and depth. We saw whales from the dining room windows. We even saw a sea turtle on beach. Their communication with me was beyond impressive from start to finish. They made every accommodation possible. The chef they connected us with was great. I can not stress enough how important they made us feel. They responded to every message within seconds to minutes. They went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. It really was everything we could’ve asked for. The only minor negative was that there was construction going on on some of the nearby homes which seems almost unavoidable now anywhere in Cabo or San Jose del Cabo. The construction goes on from 9am-5pm with 1 hour of quiet around lunch time everyday except for Sunday. The beauty of the house and pool and beach as well as Ana’s and everyone else's communication made the construction noise a lot more tolerable.

Great Spot

This is a great house in a wonderful location right on the ocean with access to the Palmilla. Everything was seamless from check in to the chef prepared meals. The concierge helped with everything we needed including scheduling massages, transportation, reservations and grocery runs. 10 of 10 would definetly go again!
