The Space:

Casa Sunrise by Ronival Property Management is a stunning, brand-new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo in the exclusive Cora community. The perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family or friends.



Inside, every detail has been designed with care. The living room feels calm and inviting, with large windows overlooking a tranquil water mirror. A fully equipped modern kitchen and a comfortable hangout room make it easy to settle in and feel at home, with a shuffleboard table a good icebreaker for a group, and a real plus if you're traveling with kids who need something to do besides the pool.



The two back bedrooms are set up for different needs: one has two twin beds for kids or friends sharing, the other has a double. Each one has its own full bathroom, and there's a half bath in the hallway for guests moving around during the day.



The primary bedroom is at the front, overlooking Cora's water mirror, with direct access to a covered terrace and a couple of loungers. It's the quietest corner of the unit, good for an early coffee before the rest of the group is up.



For an added touch of luxury, the community also offers a fully equipped gym, spa, and shared swimming pool. Plus, you’re only 35 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown San José del Cabo.

Guest Access:

Guests enter the community through a private gated entrance. The condo is located on the second floor in the Sunrise area, with convenient access from the parking area via elevator for a smooth and easy arrival. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire condo and its private garden, giving you your own comfortable space to relax and unwind.

You’ll also enjoy access to Cora’s shared resort-style amenities, including the swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, and kids’ club, all subject to community rules and operating hours.

Other Things to Note:

Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.



At the Campestre´s security gate, you may be asked which area of Cora you are visiting. Please mention that you are heading to the SUNRISE building. Once inside, you will have access to the beautiful common areas, including the pool and jacuzzi, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience throughout your stay.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We kindly remind you that pets are welcome only for long-term rentals. A pet fee of $250 USD per stay applies. If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog, please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you. Last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. External visitors and pets are not allowed for stays shorter than 30 days. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Cora is a smoke-free property.

The reflecting pool is decorative only; do not enter it or place objects in the water.

Hours: Pool and Hot Tub 8:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.; GYM 5:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.; Rooftop and Business Center, 7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.; Kids Club, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Desert Garden and dog park, 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. The hot tub is for guests aged 16 and older, and children under 10 must always be accompanied at the pool and hot tub. Glass containers are not allowed at the pool, hot tub, gym, or rooftop. Violations of condominium rules may result in fines.



Interaction with Guests:

While we want to give you your space to enjoy, we will be available in case you need us 24/7. We will meet you at your arrival and show you around the house and answer any question. We will be available for any Concierge Service, maintenance or emergency issues throughout your stay by phone (SMS or calls) and email.
