Geniet van de schoonheid van San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, ontspannend in 6000 m² aan luxe. Casa Blanca ligt op loopafstand van het strand, winkels en het historische centrum, gelegen aan de 5e tee van de golfbaan Vidanta.

Het huis is gastheer voor geweldige zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen; kinderen zullen genieten van het strand of een duik nemen in het 40.000-liter SOLAR verwarmde zwembad en jacuzzi als je niet van zand houden houdt. Casa Blanca
Casa Blanca is een uniek huis in San Jose Del Cabo, met een karakter dat uniek is voor San Jose. Het hoogste niveau is het hart van het huis met een enorme grote kamer die 12 'gewelfde plafonds en extra 35' atrium heeft.

Elk van de vier master suites heeft zijn eigen en-suite badkamers en een eigen walk-out patio. Boven het zwembad is er een extra patio met een prachtig uitzicht op de golfbaan en de rijzende of ondergaande zon. Een perfecte plek om aan het einde van de dag te genieten van een glas wijn of 's ochtends koffie.

Perfect gelegen in het hart van de hotelzone met openbare toegang tot het strand (400 meter afstand) voor wandelingen op het strand, het estuarium, of bezoek de nestelende schildpadden wanneer in het seizoen. Minder dan 10 minuten lopen van het historische centrumdistrict waar de kunstgalerijen, kunstwandeling en restaurants van San Jose je zintuigen prikkelen. Uw keuze van tamales of lekker eten op het plein. De beroemde Art Walks op donderdagavond nodigen u uit om door de kunstwijk te wandelen en de lokale galerijen te bekijken terwijl u geniet van lokale tequila of wijn terwijl u de schoonheid van de lokale cultuur waardeert. Fantastic huge house! Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beach (not a beach for kids/swimming). The pool was amazing for our kids. The hot tube heats up in 10 minutes! Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner. Easy communication and check in/check out. Would definitely recommend.

Nice house, well equipped, conveniently located near beach and restaurants

We had a great seven day stay in this very practical and large house that easily fit our group of 8. It’s conveniently located near beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was great, it’s very deep in most places so be careful with kids that can’t swim yet (although life jackets and pool toys are available). Though the weather was warm, we did end up requesting to have the pool be heated to make it more comfortable. The Manager was very helpful and available when needed (which we really didn’t need much at all as everything was well taken care of). Recommendations near by are tacos Lateral, the pizza place on the corner and the Comer supermarket that had everything you need. As for activities we went Whalewatching (Salty), ziplining (Cabo Azul) and to one of the public beaches. San Jose del Cabo’s down town area was also very nice, with many good restaurant options and vibrant night life and easy parking on the circle road.

Huge house with plenty of room for 10 adults. Walk to the beach (not a swimming beach) and restaurants, walk or drive to the main square, close to grocery stores. Quick drive to some great swimming beaches (we loved Chileno Beach). We loved the pool and hot tub! Everything was very straight forward and the property manager was quick to respond.

Cabo 11 - Graduation Celebration

Exactly what we needed! This property was everything the photos showed and more. We were so impressed with the actual size of the house; the bedrooms were very spacious, the kitchen allowed for multiple people to cook or prepare and was well stocked with equipment; the pool/outside area was so welcoming and a decent size. With 11 people, we never felt like we were on top of each other and the bedrooms are far enough away from the living area that sleeping in peace was easy. The beaches close by are not for swimming or surfing, so that was really the only disappointment. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops down the block and the estuary a short distance away. We drove 10 min to swimming beaches daily and Flora Farms our last day. We enjoyed the San Jose del Cabo Art Walk and a day trip to Los Cabos and Lover's Beach. We had a minor issue with water, but Patrick, the concierge, took care of it and all was well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip! This was our second stay at this property and it was as good as the first. Easy check in and out. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Awesome house in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Huge, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities with detergent were nice to have. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Hot tub and pool were also great. Easy check in and out. Some good restaurants a short walk away (we recommend Latino 8 and La Galería) and Cabo Fitness Center right down the street has day passes for 210 pesos. The Walking path along the Zona Hotelera was nice for walking and running and it is a quick and easy 45 peso Uber ride to old town for the art walk, shopping, and street food vendors.

Great, spacious home

We had a fabulous stay at Paula's home. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is well appointed. The property manager was very easy to communicate with, and the location is great - a few walk-able restaurants and the grocery store is a 5 minute drive. It is easy to get into San Jose del Cabo for any evening activities, but we were quite happy at the house during the day.

Beautiful property makes for a great vacation

Beautiful home with all rooms very spacious. This was perfect for our big family reunion. Loved the pool and hot tub. Covered porch by the pool was perfect for being outside but not always in the sun. Grill was great for cooking the numerous fish we caught. They refilled the tanks as we needed. Extra large table made family dining a delight. Pictures are accurate. Owner was most helpful and in communication with us.

Stunning villa with incredible ammenities!

This property was absolutely amazing. It is huge and the decor is fabulous. The pool and hot tub and decks were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here. We cooked and also ate out at a numbe rof excellent restaurants in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped. Although beautiful in the pictures on the listing, the place is even better when you are there. We are hoping we will have an opportunity to revisit the area in the future! Thank you!

Amazing house within an amazing place, the perfect getaway

We absolutely loved staying at the Club de Golf Fonatur in San José del Cabo. The house easily accommodated our mix of 10 family and friends. Everyone felt they had plenty of private space while still having the perfect mix of social friendly areas to not feel like you were invading each others space. The house was clean, rooms extremely spacious (and comfortable), bathrooms very nice and kitchen well provisioned for food preparation and drinks. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and inviting and the outside grassy areas were great in the mornings and evenings to sit and chat while sipping cocktails. As a bonus the house has a gated driveway area which was perfect for us as we had a private vehicle and it was great peace of mind to have it just outside but secure. The tv’s we used worked great, they had chrome cast so easy to share our adventures to the group and the internet worked flawlessly. The location was just about perfect for our group, we walked to most places which included old downtown San José, the length of the beach, several local restaurants (some literally just around the corner) and more. The grocery store is just down the street and you are just minutes away from just about every local amenity you could think of, I couldn’t think of a more perfect house for our visit. The owner Paula, was very accommodating in adding an extra day at the last minute and Patrick was very thorough in walking us through the House upon our arrival and even offering us several options for transportation from the Airport. We will definitely be booking here again in any future visits to San José del Cabo. Thanks again!!
