Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform.
Security Deposit ($1,000 USD)


NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Failure to follow the rule will result in loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.

Groups of party-sized visitors are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, the dog does well with humans but is territorial with other dogs. For liability and safety reasons, we would not be able to host guests with service dogs because of this.

If pets are brought in, this will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Gardener and landscape maintenance will occur twice weekly, they will have access to the backyard.

Trash and Recycling bin must be taken out every Wednesday evening for early Thursday morning pick up.
Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start prior to check out.

Under no circumstance is parties allowed. Immediate cancellation, cops called, and deposit not refunded.

Cannot park on the street every fourth Friday of the month, between 1-4pm. Failure to do so will result in a citation from the city.

Please take off your shoes at the entrance

No guests allowed other then the registered guests

No smoking on the premises

Please be mindful of the tenants in the back of the house (Detached ADU)
