'BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....

The listing claims it’s a 2-bedroom, but one of the rooms is just a converted garage, making the layout dark and uncomfortable.The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen. Ants were all over the floors, walls and an outlet near the counter. We left our takeout on the counter while settling in, only to find it covered in ants when we went to eat. 'The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.'

'Loved the ease of checkin process and detailed instructions and timely replies from the host. Not missing your gym routine during a vacation is a plus for this property and I loved it. Beds were comfortable With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths this property is more suitable for smaller groups like 4 people than larger groups as the 2nd bath was a remodeled powder room with a tiny standing shower in a cramped space.
