'This rental was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and rooms were perfect for our family. A big bonus was the washer and dryer, this came in handy the last day of our trip. The location was perfect. The host was great-super responsive and attentive. I’d stay here again. '

And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least. 'Nice unit but noisy neighborhood!'

'Check in communication was not smooth at all and cars from the hood parked in the only driveway spot. Finally got a hold of a management rep that sounded of someone in an island with roosters crowing? They were not helpful with answering the need to get our driveway cleared and suggested to park in the attached garage but it was strewn with items and couldn’t park any small car. So no one knew how to get the cars to disperse. The property “owner” was definitely not on site but in another state...
