'Excellent, comfortable basement ADU. Can get hot on hot days but cooled off well at night with provided fans.'

'We had a good time at this property. There are some pluses and minuses. Among the positive features are the location (close to Castro street and El Camino Real), the property manager, the internet speed and the well equipped kitchen. However, the furniture in the living room and bathroom is outdated (the bed does not even have a headboard) and there is no parking in the property. It was challenging to park on the street, particularly during the holidays.'

'First trying to check into garage was horrendous. The app on the phone never once worked. The apartment was nice, but there was hair and mold in the showers. We did not use them because of this. The listing states it was a twelve minute walk to the amphitheater, it was actually a 15 minute DRIVE! It would have taken an hour to walk.'

'Great apartment in a very nice complex! Comfortable beds with nice common room furnishings. Our only complaint was the keyless app used for all of the locks. It was cumbersome and very annoying.'

'The place was as advertised and really nice. It was getting in that was the issue--multiple codes to get into the garage, the elevator, and into the unit. Without the patient help of Maria at Latch, we might not have figured it out and gotten in.'

'Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. '
