'We spent 2 nights at this cozy cottage - the exterior is beautiful and the interior is super cozy! The space is a bit smaller than I expected compared to the photos, but we didn’t mind at all. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4! I only wish I had more of a chance to spend time on the gorgeous outdoor deck to take in more of the stunning views. Would highly recommend!'

'We brought our two Corgis with us and stayed for several days. Emkay is a wonderful host. A slightly larger cabin was available when we arrived so he upgraded us for no additional charge. He was easy to reach and attentive to all of our needs. The property is beautiful and peaceful. '

'We had a wonderful stay. The place had amazing amenities, even a towel warmer in the bathrooms, and nearly every appliance we could want in the kitchen. The location was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the property was gated in case you are worried. The property is in a wooded area with a creek that runs through it and is located about 10 minutes from Capitola Beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our visit next year. '

'I loved the space of the house and the gorgeous views all around. It was comfortable for 3 of us and we loved the hot tub. Also the kitchen was very easy to work in and the deck was easy to enjoy. Our one difficulty was the driveway. The loose gravel was very hard on my car getting up that steep angle. I have a large SUV and it was incredibly awkward trying to maneuver that, but everything else was great.'

'Beautiful property with amazing decks! It’s obvious this was once a high end home, and is now a rental (carpets show their wear, etc). But for the price, in that area, we were very happy. We fit 2 families with 10 teens/adults very comfortably. Some things were left undone by the cleaning staff, so we went searching for sheets, hand towels, toilet paper etc, but the bathrooms were very clean and the owner was super responsive and sent someone that same day to finish the rest.'
