'Staff was helpful but not too cheerful. Room was clean but toilet would leak every time it was flushed. Nothing to complain about, just being transparent for the next customer to know. I would bring my own body wash and shampoo. Plenty of parking and good location.'

'The front desk does not stay open as long as they say. Their recording says they are open until 10, but--despite calling and leaving a message about what time we would arrive--the front desk was dark and locked when we arrived at 8:45 pm. We sat on the sidewalk wondering what to do before deciding to call the "emergency" number. Then the person on the phone directed us to the lock box via the phone and helped us get in the room. It would have been nice to recieve a message about procedure ahead...

'Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. I didn’t have internet access in the television, which I did report. They provided free breakfast, but it was never resolved. The room felt older than described in the website.
