'Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. I didn’t have internet access in the television, which I did report. They provided free breakfast, but it was never resolved. The room felt older than described in the website. 'Great little hotel! We stayed 4 nights, and were very happy with our stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and well designed. Staff was pleasant and always busy cleaning. On site laundry and workout room was a great added bonus. Partially underground parking was monitored by cameras and was clean and safe. Walkable area for Santana Row and Westfield Mall. Easy freeway access. This a is a great place if your looking for a dog/cat friendly stay that doesn't smell as if it were!!!'

'I travel for business to this area of California from Los Angeles four times a year. I've stayed at this location many times now. I always come back! Convenient, clean, parking is great, centrally located. I will continue to return value for the money is excellent. '

'I didn't like the A/C heater that my husband had to turn on bec he felt cold. Everytime it was on made a very loud noise that my husband could not sleep. About 3 am he phoned the front desk and told him to listen at the noise and said something more which I didn't hear. Eventually I had to turned off A/C and I gave him my sheet to cover him. My husband is a light sleeper.'

'We were very happy with our stay at TownePlace Suites. The hotel and grounds are well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was better than expected. The kitchenet was well stocked and there are ample drawers and hanging for clothing. The room itself was not huge and the only bed size options are queen size (we are used to sleeping on a king size bed, being that my husband is a large man) but we made it work.
