- We live in a residential neighborhood where the typical sounds of children playing, dogs barking, and cars coming and going from the neighbors might be heard outside of the property

- No parties, smoking inside the house or any other violation of house rules. $500 fee to be strictly enforced if any rules are broken.

- Alteration of trip has the same policy as cancellations.

- This home is the main unit of the property. It is very spacious, has a private entrance, private backyard and complete privacy. There is another guest house on the same lot.
