'We had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The ZĂłcalo is only a few minutes walk away. It's walking distance to other museums, Michelin restaurants, and native, Oaxacan cuisine. Taxis come by every 2 mins. and there are several cafes almost nextdoor. 'There is really nothing bad to say about this cosy hotel, close to everything, very clean, they even replenished the coffee grounds. The cleaning lady would come to clean as soon as they saw us leave for the day, this was a PLUS. They even washed our dishes. Everything was automated, so the only time we saw the gentleman Jesus, was when we arrived and it was just to pay the rental. Very private.'

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
