'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'If I come back to Puerto Rico I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Clean rooms, very nice staff and housekeeping. They have a shared area with big clean kitchen and the fridge. I can’t say anything bad about this hotel. They have private limited parking but if you can’t get a space there, there’s street parking available too. There’re a few food places within a walking distance as well. They even let us use the shared shower in the hotel if we needed to after we checked out. '

'The owner was very accommodating because once we got there, we realized we needed one more bed. The hospitality was wonderful. They even text us because we left a pair of shoes they went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. I highly recommend.'

'The staff on the grounds are incredibly warm and friendly. Yes the rooms are small (be sure you are comfortable with you’re comfortable with your friend/partner), but it is built on an ecologically friendly model from containers and locally owned. There are some issues with humidity as its located in/next to the rainforest, but that’s to be expected'
