CDM-Beach living @ Condado with pool and parking!

Summary:

Location, Location, Location! Beach living in Condado doesn't get any better than this. This condo is one of the few true beachfront buildings that allow AirBnB's, with direct access to the Beach and a large swimming pool, it truly is the best spot to be. The building also has a gym, playroom, library and laundry area, plus a mini-market where you can get all of your basic necessities.



The Space:

This is a bright and breezy large studio located right on the Beach in East Condado. This is a fantastic floor-through apartment with gorgeous Ocean views to the North and Northeast from a beautiful sunroom, and amazing City views from a spacious balcony to the South. The cross ventilation is amazing-you may not need to turn on the air conditioner and just enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze while indoors.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, plus all the available amenities in the building, including large pool, kids pool, beach, gym, play room, library, coined laundry, and more.



The Neighborhood:

Condado is an upscale prime ocean front neighborhood in San Juan. It is a mayor tourist area, although the building is located on East Condado where there are no hotels. It is more of a residential area with restaurants, schools, and other businesses nearby.



Getting Around:

Walking in Condado is great, and might be the only method of transportation you need to get around. Everything is nearby, including a 24 hour supermarket. Uber is also widely used around here and is very inexpensive. Public Transport is also available through Ashford Avenue.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment also includes a reserved parking space right in front of the entrance of the building, which a huge bonus in Condado. There is also a small mini-market in the building where you can get sandwiches, snacks, beverages, and other essentials.



-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.



-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.



-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.



-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.



-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.



-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.



-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can access the apartment by themselves by using a lockbox. However, I am available if needed to assist in any way via AirBnB message, Text message, or by phone.
