The property itself is secure, you need your hotel keycard to get in the elevator. The hotel and room looked clean. Unless you rent a car you’ll be paying a lot in ubers since it’s 20 minutes from the beaches. The pool is the size of a hot tub, it was a joke and upsetting. Breakfast we tried once and it was below average. Sazón the restaurant attached was average. No other places to eat within walking distance. Absolutely would not stay here again.

Overall the hotel is quite nice. Room toilet handle didn’t work correctly. No room service. Room aircon turned off mid sleep. Room shower made weird noise and vibration when switching between cold and hot water. Ambient vibrations and noise made sleeping challenging. Extra hidden fees hiked up overall price.

The room and bed were very comfortable, but the breakfast was cold and the cafe was non existent. Staff was excellent and very accomdating. Very few good restaurants in the area. Pool is small and it was quite chilly.

Book and payed for a room for 4, with 2 queen beds and a sofa cama, and they change it for a one King bed and a sofa cama. My husband had to sleep on the floor. They gave no alternative and charged me $342.00 for one night. They said it was expedia fault- “expedia let people buy rooms that are not available”.

This was a very nice property with a casino and restaurant adjacent next door (part of same compound). The hotel staff were very nice, especially our housekeeper, Sarah, who made sure we were happy with our room. I experienced some "sticker shock" after being billed an unexpected couple of hundred dollars after checkout. I booked hotel through Expedia as part of an all-inclusive trip. I suspect this is an issue with Expedia more than the hotel.
