The door has a coded access lock that allows for self check-in.
Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including five pools, hot tub, kids pool, water slides and even a “lazy river', basketball courts, mini golf, tennis courts, several modern playgrounds, clubhouse, and finally the Beach. The beach area is gated and requires a key (provided) for access. Only registered guests may use the facilities, NO outside visitors are allowed.

All guests are required to wear bracelets (issued by security) while in property. Failure to wear the bracelets may result in removal from the complex, without refund.

Resort wristbands are required by Administration of the Complex to be worn by guests to enforce the security of the Aquatika Beach Resort, and maintain the safety and security of owners and guests!

ITS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, but is require to each guest one wristband per guest for $10, This bracelet fee should be pay at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. A Zelle, Venmo, Ath Movil, Cashapp, Crypto account has been established to fulfilled this costs or through Airbnb "send money to host" tool.
