'I never write a bad review but do feel mislead about the value of my booking. It is a contactless guesthouse with access to offsite reception from 3-7:30. We had trouble with the check in process as only one of our two rooms was linked to the booking so we couldn’t upload all information which meant that we couldn’t access our rooms. 'We couldn't open our window there was a giant metal shutter covering the window. You could not see out. Room was basic but clean. Was on the 7th floor and had the smallest elevator. We would consider coming back as there is no real complaints and the location was great.'
