'Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with...

'Everything about this place is excellent. Excellent staff excellent food great clientele lots of kids playing in the pool, but it shuts down at nine so it’s quiet fifth floor balconies overlooking the front are amazing for morning birding. Great bartender. Concierge very good. '

'The perfect spot to enjoy the nature'

'The place is more like a hotel than a resort The beach club is not good it all the beach was dirty and too small with a lot of boats parked in the water . Well I guess that's a Marina. The place was clean and the stuff very nice But too many restrictions . Not enough toiletries to be a resort. Overall I had a good time'

'Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!'

'In general it was ok, but on the beach there were no beach umbrellas. And very few lounge chairs. This is something I do not understand. Such a nice place you should complete with that. We came for the beach and these kind of things are necessary. That is why we give average'

'The service was excellent the employees on the hotel made my stay very warm ,very secure they were really reliable when i needed anything the stores and restaurants are in walking distance, taxis and busses get you anywhere in town all you got to do is ask for info they'll got you to the bahias, airport.Employees are the best .I've been staying in (all inclusives) this place one is not but the employees made the stay the best'

'Nos tocó un hotel remodelado por lo que esta todo en buenas condiciones, muy limpio, agua caliente en todo momento, aire acondicionado funcional, personal amable, en la parte baja se abrió un VIPS por lo que si gustas ese tipo de alimentos podías bajar o ellos te llevan el pedido a tu habitación o a la alberca que por cierto estaba limpia, con agua tibia , gran ambiente. No está más el decir que el hotel está justo en el centro de crucecita, todo a la mano.'
