'Well for a start waited 2 hours for check in but nobody turned up.2 dogs pooing in the driveway on arrival they looked like strays, looking around the pool was dirty , the next door property had at least 9 cats we counted, cost me 60 euros and the cost of another horel so my granson and myself had to find another hotel, i was there to scatter my wifes ashes so really not pkeased,'

'Stayed for 8 nights in this lovely hotel and whished it could have lasted longer. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated with authentic wooden floors and closets without skimping out on comfort. I don't recall ever having slept better in a hotel bed. I highly recommend everyone to come down from the beach resorts to this superb hotel to have a taste of the real Tenerife. I will surely come back upon my next visit to this Canary island.'
