'El personal muy amable desde que llegamos. Las instalaciones como la habitación, el área de la alberca, jardín, pasillos se encontraban en buen estado. El ambiente familiar. La atención de recepción rápida , creo que todos están al pendiente de los huéspedes lo cual me agrado bastante. Además se encuentra a 15 minutos caminando del centro y alrededor hay varios lugares para comer.

'Our room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. A plus having a/c. Location was awesome with a short walk to plaza, church and restaurants. Valet parking was very helpful for us.
The only disappointment was that we reserved with "breakfast included". The only thing included was a fruit plate (which was nice). There was an extensive menu one could purchase from, but not what I was expecting.

'A 30 minute uphill walk from downtown (the shuttle was not working due to covid), the hotel is good and clean overall, albeit a bit lacking of atmosphere. Colonial architecture, nice swimming pool, average food in the restaurant, staff seemed slightly bored, and not a lot of guests at the time we were there.

'I liked much of the property. Everything worked well and it’s just like the photos. Next time I will stay further north towards Zona Centro. A note if you’re expecting rain: On our final night the roof leaked onto the bed, then onto the pillow while we slept. Staff first just moved the bed, and only relocated us once the pillow was soaked — despite earlier saying no rooms were free. The on-site team was kind, but the room we paid for was unusable, and the hotel hasn’t answered two follow-ups...
