Luxe, privévilla "Zeezout en -ondergangen" is trouw aan zijn naam; waar de Caribische Zee letterlijk jouw achtertuin is en de meest verbluffende zonsondergangen op je wachten! Dit is de belichaming van luxe, maar tegelijkertijd voel je je meteen thuis.

Afgezonderd strand, privézwembad met zout water en op maat gemaakte palapa, gelegen aan de rand van de Caribische Zee, zijn slechts enkele functies die deze villa onderscheidend maken en nog specialer maken.

Ontworpen voor zowel binnen als buiten wonen met prachtige accommodaties. De villa is geschikt voor maximaal 8 volwassenen in 3 ruime slaapkamers (allen met kingsize bedden, plafondventilatoren en flatscreen-tv's) en elk met een eigen badkamer en een comfortabele queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Wat is jouw plezier ??
• De Palapa is gelegen aan de rand van de klif, met uitzicht op de Caribische Zee - waar u kunt genieten van uw koffie in de ochtend, een privékok kunt bereiden en serveren, misschien een beetje yoga of gewoon achterover kunt leunen & ontspannen!

• Zwem in het privé zoutwaterzwembad van de villa, zonnebaad op het afgelegen strand met toegang tot de oceaan of rij fietsen naar het beroemde babystrand.

• Wat dacht u van een beetje vogels kijken terwijl u ontspant onder de overdekte veranda? Humming Birds & Gold Finches zijn vaste bezoekers! Fluit naar hen en kijk wat ze doen!

• BBQ op de Weber Gas Grill terwijl u geniet van cocktails en loungen rond het zwembad of ontspannen onder de overdekte patio.

• Speel een bordspel, lees een boek of maak een puzzel op je favoriete plekje.

Met alles wat de Villa te bieden heeft, is het niet verrassend dat gasten er soms voor kiezen om het pand tijdens hun verblijf helemaal niet te verlaten!



Breng je vakantie naar het volgende niveau!
Hier zijn een paar unieke voorzieningen die we op verzoek kunnen regelen:

• Barman bij het zwembad om exotische drankjes te mixen en hors d'oeuvres te serveren terwijl u aan uw privézwembad zit te loungen.

• Eigen chef-kok om ontbijt te bereiden ... misschien 5-gangen diner (menu naar keuze), te genieten in de Palapa - met uitzicht op de oceaan; Zwembad onder de fonkelende sterren of in de eetkamer.

• Welk serviceniveau heeft uw voorkeur? Volledige privacy ?? Wilt u liever een medewerker op de site 24-7 ?? Butler service?? Deze kunnen allemaal worden geregeld zonder uw privacy op te offeren. De villa heeft aparte kamers voor een personeelslid. (Dit is alleen voor personeel op verzoek van de gast en kan niet worden gebruikt als extra logeerkamer.)

• Plezier in het zwembad - Leer zwemmen of duiken! Leren duiken (of snorkelen) kan voor sommigen een veel relaxtere omgeving zijn dan de oceaan. Zelfs scuba gecertificeerd terwijl u op vaca bent! (Informeer voor alle details en vereisten)

• Dagelijkse schoonmaak, nachtelijke turndown en wasservice zijn ook beschikbaar.

We hebben niet voldaan aan een verzoek dat we niet konden vervullen. Daag ons uit!

Fantastic place to stay. Great location, great amenities, fantastic hosts. Kris is super-detailed and has every contingency covered. Very nice touches and the whole experience was just very well thought out. Checking in and checking out were both a breeze. The entire family (ages 8, 38, 43, 52, 67, 72, and 73) was simply delighted. Can't imagine finding better hosts or a better place to stay. Already talking about going back!

Very special property with wonderful hosts

The property is beautiful and spotless. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable including helping us with car rentals, booking excursions and recommendations for restaurants. The Welkom dinner is a wonderful end to a travel day and set the tone for a very special vacation. This is a quieter part of the island which suited us perfectly. We had fantastic meals where the locals go! Don’t hesitate- just book. We have already for next year!

Perfect vacation

From the moment we entered the gate it felt like paradise. Amazing views, gorgeous pool and patio with multiple seating areas, the spectacular palapa .. and then inside, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you may need. The most comfortable bed and linens made it difficult to get up in the morning! Kris and Chris made it extra special with some personal touches. We all had the best time!!!

Fabulous Villa

If you want a quiet and peaceful stay in Aruba away from the crowds this place is for you! It’s beautifully maintained and very spacious. We were able to get our R&R and enjoy the villa. Fantastic!

The property is stunning. The outdoor area has something for everyone… plenty of places to relax, tons of games, workout equipment, fire pits, comfortable seating, ambiance lighting… it lacks NOTHING. The view is gorgeous. We loved the palapa (massages out there were incredible). The inside of the house is meticulous and VERY well stocked. It’s beautiful and very comfortable. 5 stars ALL the way. It’s on the quiet end of the island which makes for a lovely escape. Baby beach is just 2-3 minutes down the road where you can catch a great sunrise, beach day AND a stunning sunset. 2 beach bars right there as well. Visits into town were easy enough with just a little planning… we ventured out most days. Aruba is super easy to navigate (you’ll want to rent a vehicle!) We also really enjoyed seeing the donkeys that roam San Nicolas daily and we would always be sure to carry carrots with us when we ventured into town so we could feed them. The red anchor when you’re coming into town offers a magnificent sunrise view. San Nicolas is a lovely town (be sure to go see the murals… they’re stunning!!!) I highly recommend a visit here. You WILL NOT find another host who takes more pride in their property than Kris & Chris. They were so responsive throughout our entire stay for ANY thing we needed or any questions we had. Kris acted as our personal concierge with wonderful recommendations and helping us to schedule excursions. It was so much better than staying at a big resort!

Aruban Paradise

This villa is exactly as described and more! The decor is warm and inviting, and the property was spotless stocked with everything we needed while on vacation. Having been to Aruba several time before and always staying in hotels, we were looking for a more relaxing experience, away from the tourist crowds. We found it. The 3 bedrooms with private baths were perfect for our group of 6. The TV room was a comfy place to hang out in the evenings and watch TV. Individual A/C and fans in each room meant we were all very comfortable. The palapa overlooking the water is the perfect place for morning coffee or in the evenings, watching the pelicans dive for fish. We chose to have a sunset dinner there prepared by the private chef and it was exquisite. Highly recommend! We spent many hours reading and relaxing in one of the many chaise lounges or on the flamingo in the crystal clear pool. Hosts Chris and Kris were amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond before we even got there. Our flight was delayed 8 hours and when we arrived at 1am, Chris met us at the airport, already having had our rental cars delivered to the Villa. While other travelers were scrambling for taxis, they had arranged a private transport from the airport to the villa. Having sent Kris a grocery list, the villa was stocked with everything we needed, including GF foods for one of our group.I recommend having Chris prep some food prior to arrival... delicious and such a treat! We'll be back!

Absolutely Amazing!

From the moment you walk through the gate you are in your own paradise. This property is breathtaking. Kris and Chris are hands down the best hosts you could ask for. They helped arrange everything and gave great recommendations. What I appreciated the most was the small details. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure was strong, super soft towels, comfortable beds, and anything you needed from kitchen utensils, to snorkel gear, to beach bags, laundry, bug spray...they had it all! The outside space is the best part and we spent 90% of our time in the pool, eating outside at one of the tables, reading on a lounge chair, taking a nap (even the kids played ipad/switch outside). Chef Daniel was great and kept us well fed and highly recommend taking advantage of prestocking your fridge. I wish I could give this review higher than 5 stars because it was an absolute amazing trip! We will be back!

This was my 50th birthday trip with girlfriends and honestly the property is so big that you really don't ever have to leave! It was pristine! There are no other words to describe it. Kris was super attentive anytime we needed anything and Chef Daniel was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

Our family spent 5 nights over Christmas at the villa. Enough room for 6 adults to have some space, enough to do to keep a toddler busy all day. The pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful.The little beach down below was perfect for a dip. Everything was quiet and private, and clean. Plenty of sitting areas for both sun and shade. We never used the Palapa since it was treacherous with a toddler, but some of the adults sat there for evening cocktails. We loved that there were two queen and one king sized bedroom,each with its own bath. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we could need. Kris and Chris are perfect hosts. Anything you could want or need is stocked, and if it’s not, they’ll get it for you. They are NOT absentee hosts, but available for any situation (including a rare island blackout!) They are all about the details, including providing us with party favors and a game suggestion for New Years Eve. We had three meals made by the chefs.What a treat to have a delicious and beautifully presented meal prepared for us. There are two points I would have perspective guests be aware of: 1- the villa is on the southern tip of the island. We liked that, but if you’re looking for activities etc. the main part of the island is about a 40 minute drive. 2- The villa is next to a defunct oil refinery. It has been cleaned up, has interesting history, and didn’t effect anything, except it was off putting at first. Neither affected our stay. We hope to be back!

Paradise

This beautiful villa has everything. Not just in the incredible view, ocean access, pool, etc. But the home is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and designed. Kris is a most accommodating host, and leaves no detail. She even had set out a happy birthday banner for my partners birthday. This was everything we could have hoped for. And kris made it even better than we could have hoped for.

Awesome Ocean Front House

House was extremely clean and had everything you could ever need for a trip. Kris was a fantastic host and extremely detailed. Chef Kylie & Daniel were great and made some delicious meals for us...especially enjoyed the full breakfast spreads while looking out over the water! The outdoor area of the house was awesome & there was plenty of seating (covered & uncovered). Less than 1 mile from Baby Beach. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic!

We stayed five nights for a quick honeymoon getaway. Everything was top-notch. The location was very quiet and perfect for us. The villa is clean, modern, and full of amenities. The whole process was superb. Honestly, I cannot think of any negatives to this stay. If you're looking for many walkable restaurants and nightlife (we weren't), this location is far from that side of the island. But it was the most relaxing vacation we ever had. We were able to eat dinner and watch the sunset from our backyard. We could still explore the whole island through a taxi service and felt we did not miss out on anything. The check-in process and communication were excellent. Five stars.

Couples Anniversary Celebration

This place is absolutely amazing. Kris is the most thoughtful host! This house is so well stocked with vacation essentials a carry-on with a couple changes of clothes and a swimsuit is all you need for a week of fun. The house is beautifully decorated and super-clean. The view is stunning at all times of day. We also had the personal chef service and the meals were some of the best we have ever eaten. 5 stars is just not enough to show how wonderful this home is for your vacation!

Lovely stay!

The property is beautiful, extraordinarily clean (given the proximity to so much sand!) and well-maintained. The linens are very nice and the owners provided everything you could possibly need from snorkel gear to first aid kits, on-site. Once inside the gate, we felt like we were at our own private resort! We did some snorkeling at the small beach accessible from the property via steps, but also drove 2 minutes to Baby Beach and spent part of a day there. Gorgeous! We also took a tour of the national park early one morning, tried pastries from the local bakery, and enjoyed lunch and cocktails at a few local spots at Baby Beach. The kitchen is well-appointed and we took advantage of the chef service for two meals, and several "meal kits" that allowed us to grill and cook for ourselves with little prep and no grocery shopping. Highly recommend the chef and grocery stocking service. Food prepared by the chef was delicious and Kylie was able to incorporate lots of local seafood and traditional dishes. Chef Kylie is wonderful and the food was excellent! (The food was far, far better than anything at any of the resorts we've been to.) Communication with the property owner was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful Villa!

Absolutely breathtaking views in a quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you could possibly want and more. Right down the road from beautiful baby beach. We were able to go to the beach and come home for lunch. I highly recommend the chef service. Aruba is known for its great food but our welcome dinner was our favorite meal of the week!! Communication with Kris and team is very easy and they are all quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again.

Simply Beautiful

The house is amazingly clean and has everything you can as for!! The view was spectacular. The house was so organized and easy to find anything you need. The hospitality of the owner, Private chef and crew were beyond my expectation. They were helpful in all situations. Finding restaurants, assisting with things to do and most importantly the preparation to get there from the states and back home. Just simply the perfect vacation!!

Dream vacation

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and the kindness and attention to detail that the owner (Kris) exhibited was amazing. Best VRBO experience we have ever had. The chefs (Kylie and Daniel) prepared delicious meals and the leftovers tasted even better! We will definitely plan another trip to Aruba soon.

Amazing property and owners

The pictures and description don’t give the property justice. Beautiful and quiet part of the island with the best team running the house and property. Kris and Chris are fantastic hosts along with her team Kylie and Daniel. They helped us with sooo many things and made our elopement perfect. Kylie and Daniel are amazing cooks and super sweet people. We are definitely returning again.

Private Paradise

Walking in the gate to the property never got old during our 10-day stay at the Villa. As many have said, pictures do not do the property justice. We made use of the many outdoor living spaces - so many shaded seating areas allow you to soak in the warm Aruban breeze without getting burnt! The quiet and peaceful nights laying out in the chairs by the pool were tranquil. We were 2 families - 4 adults, 3 pre-teens - and found the Villa to be a great size. The kids loved going down to the private beach to hunt for sea treasures. The adults even got in the routine of having morning coffee down in the beach chairs or under the palapa. Speaking of the palapa - massages under the palm leaf roof with the waves rolling in is a must do in our opinion! The massage team was phenomenal and resort spas pay major money to artificially replicate that type of ambiance. Kylie - who was our house manager and chef for a few (EXCELLENT) meals during our stay - made us feel so welcome! During both Kylie’s house tour and an island tour we did (highly recommend ABC-Aruba Island Ultimate Safari Jeep Tour) we also got to hear some really cool history of the neighborhood and the historic significance of the refinery. Kris was also great at keeping up communication with us throughout our stay and helped with a few reservations (securing us the best seat for the toes in the water dinner at Flying Fishbone!). Since we had active kids with us and only half of us had been to the island before, we ended up deciding to do things that resulted in traveling the 45ish minutes back and forth to the Noord/Palm Beach area a few days in a row, but we realized we had just as much fun with “do nothing” days in the seclusion and peacefulness of the Villa. On our last day we did a “beach tour” of the island - and if you don’t feel like driving up to gorgeous Arashi and want to do something different from Baby Beach, you will not be disappointed with Mangel Halto. This treasure, about a 20 min drive from the Villa, is one of the coolest places we have been. Hanging in the shade amongst the mangrove trees and walking out of these stunning coves into literally crystal clear water with some of the best snorkeling we experienced was a highlight for us (I almost want to keep the “secret” to ourselves)!
