Oceanfront 2/2 2 fietsen, kajaks! Fantastisch uitzicht.

Dit is een volledig voorzien van airconditioning (3 zone), 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 1500 vierkante voet-eenheid met extra grote openslaande deuren die direct naar het rif kijken. Kijk hoe de wolken en hun weerspiegeling in de oceaan vele tinten roze worden terwijl de zon ondergaat. Of hang op de patio met achtergrondverlichting voor de zonsondergang over de mangroven. Breng uw eigen snorkelspullen om de 2 gratis kajaks te gebruiken bij het rif minder dan 1/2 mijl afstand.

De keuken heeft een bar-tafel voor 4 personen, of ga naar het einde van de keukenbar voor 6 zitplaatsen. Aangepaste mahoniehouten kasten, roestvrijstalen apparaten en Cambria Quartz-werkbladen. Volledig ingerichte keuken met broodrooster, mixer, keukenmachine, wafelijzer, panini-pers, koffiezetapparaat en grinder.

Woonkamer heeft een lcd-tv, dvd, speakers voor een iPod / Android en kabel-tv (inclusief Amerikaanse zenders ABC, NBC, CBS, HBO, etc.) met lederen bank en stoelen. Wifi inbegrepen.

Slaapkamers hebben op maat mahonie dressoirs, kasten, kasten en bedden. Matrassen zijn traagschuim.

Twee kajaks komen met de eenheid. Alleen beschikbaar voor onze huurders. Er zijn ook 2 fietsen.



Het appartement bevindt zich 2 mijl ten noorden van de brug in San Pedro. Vlieg naar Belize City en vlieg vervolgens via Tropic Air of Mayan Air naar San Pedro op het eiland Ambergris Caye (kleine vliegtuigen vertrekken elk uur, geen reservering vereist) of neem een ​​taxi naar de haven van Belize en rijd met de watertaxi naar San Pedro ( ongeveer 1 uur, goedkoper dan vliegen, maar langzamer). Eenmaal in San Pedro kun je een taxi nemen naar de flat, of een kar gebruiken die je hebt gereserveerd, of met de watertaxi naar het einde van de pier van Oceanaire.

Bij het appartement zijn er 2 fietsen en ook 2 kajaks om uit te peddelen naar het rif (ongeveer 5-7 minuten) en vast te binden aan de boei direct recht uit de 300 'pier. Er zijn 2 sets snorkelspullen beschikbaar om de vissen, schildpadden, murenen en andere wezens tijdens uw kajaktocht te bekijken.

Fietstocht of golfkar rit naar de stad ongeveer 15 tot 20 minuten op een nieuwe cementen weg.

Voor een tweede jaar op rij was Ambergris Caye de '# 1 Island in the World', 2014 Travelers 'Choice Islands Award. Ambergris Caye verslaat bestemmingen zoals Providenciales in Turks-en Caicoseilanden, Bora Bora in de Society-eilanden, en zelfs Marco Island in Florida, voor de felbegeerde titel.

Beautiful Quiet Oceanfront Property

Loved all the woodwork throughout the condo and the huge rooms. The new sofas and chairs were quite the upgrade from other locations where I have stayed on Ambergris on past trips. Glad we found this jewel.

Great!! Awesome and spacious. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Big kitchen, eating area and living room plus an office space. Big primary bedroom with tons of storage space. Nice pool. Well maintained. Close enough to San Pedro but also close to other restaurants, resorts and bars. Totally could move in and live in this condo. We had a great time!!

Perfect Getaway!

We stayed at the Oceanaire for 8 nights in July and really enjoyed the apartment which overlooked the pool and Ocean, beautiful reef to lookout to! you really could not swim off the beach due to the seaweed, but plenty of tours to take you out to the reef and snorkel or dive. Plenty of restaurants in this area, without having to go into San Pedro itself overnight. The apartment itself was clean but unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable! The property management team were amazing always replied to texts and getting us to and from the Ferry with the golfcart. We did come by ferry, but if we did it again would fly as it is less time consuming. Beautiful place to visit!

Oceanair Delight

Third trip to Belize, first in VRBO. Lori and management were very friendly and accommodating. Had a golf cart waiting when we arrived. The apartment was nice, clean, great view and comfortable. Not far from downtown. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. All in all a wonderful experience.

Nice place

We were very happy with this rental. The view is excellent! I liked that it had nice comfortable furniture on the balcony since that’s typically where we spend most of our time. Hurricane Lisa blew through during our stay and the maintenance team was on top of it! Hurricane shutters were put up and emergency lighting provided. Luckily, it was only a category 1 and there was no damage other than a littered beach and pool which was promptly cleaned up. If and when we come back to Belize, we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oceanaire condo. Good location far enough out of town but still a convenient golf cart ride away, quiet neighborhood for the most part (you can hear the music at the bar next door, but it's muted), very clean pool, beautiful view of the beach and water, plenty of space, a dock for diving and fishing pick ups, a well stocked kitchen, and helpful onsite managers. We would stay there again!

Great peaceful location

This property was perfect for two couples. The view is beautiful and it’s wonderful to have the pool since the swimming right off the beach is not ideal. Parking the golf carts right outside our condo is perfect with 24 hr security (although we always felt safe anyway). Communication with the on-site mgr is wonderful and convenient. We liked staying conveniently right outside San Pedro.

Perfect condo on the north side of San Pedro!

We had a wonderful stay in our Oceanaire condo. It had everything we needed and was very quiet. We prefer the north side of San Pedro and this condo is north of the bridge without being too far away from town. Lori was great and answered all of our questions very quickly. She met us at the airport and ensured our golf cart was ready and waiting for us. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and the kitchen had everything we needed when we chose to cook. The internet was great, the AC worked perfectly - we literally had no issues whatsoever. We had a fabulous time and would definitely book to stay here again. Thanks Lori!!

What a gem. This condo on the water just north of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye is perfectly located, exceptionally well designed and lovingly maintained by the Belizeans who caretake the property. The view is spectacular and the nearby reef, the extraordinary number of birds, and the crocodiles (yes, American crocodiles. endangered but hanging on) make the locale a veritable Eden. And best of all is the owner, Kathy Nichols, who couldn't be more helpful, gracious, and generous. The only downside is that the country of Belize, like the rest of the world has succumbed to the tyranny of fear. They think that by adopting the same draconian measures as their northern, snow-bound neighbors to defeat a virus that, like all viruses, cannot survive three seconds in direct sunlight, they will reassure potential tourists. But all they've done is frighten them away. And the healthy, independent minded visitor who refuses to live in fear also refuses to spend their hard earned money vacationing in what for all intents and purposes has become a minimum security penal colony. The economy of Belize is in freefall and the Belizean people, some of the kindest and most generous people you will ever meet are seeing their livelihoods destroyed. Only a few hundred people have died from "covid complications" (97% of them over 70 and/or with chronic co-morbidities) and yet over 35,000 Belizeans have lost their jobs. Tragic. But when this is over and the world returns to it's senses, as it must, I highly recommend that you travel to this lovely country and stay at Kathy's beautiful home. I know we will.

Convenient location but also quiet/secluded

Condo is perfect space for two couples. Booking and check in process were easy. Caye Property management did an excellent job of arranging flights to island, transportation and arranging both a fishing and snorkeling trip for our group tailored to our specific desires at very reasonable cost. Location of condo is perfect. Close enough to main town, grocery, restaurants etc. but far enough from the crowding of San Pedro. Beach and pool were relaxing and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic 2 weeks

The property is amazing, clean comfortable and totally enjoyable. There is a great restaurant next door and another 2 doors down along the beach. Town is a short 5 to 10 minutes away by cart and the excursions, well they pick you up right at the end of the dock. Kathy has an amazing place and it is everything that she talks about in the descriptions but even better. We will be back. The diving is awesome. A little plug for our buddy Sam at Scuba Daz, try them out.

great property. hands down excellent place to stay for ambergris caye with a golf cart rental. far enough from town for quiet - but not too far to go to stores and items. property is extremely well kept - bedrooms can be blacked out for mid-day naps for kids. balcony overlooks water and swimming pool. onsite maintenance. grounds and property are well kept. if you are looking for clean, high-end accommodations, with bells and whistles - look not futher this is your place.
