Air conditioning keeps you comfortable indoors, and the bathroom has hot water for a refreshing shower after exploring the island. Step outside to enjoy your private outdoor space and the peaceful surroundings.

The home operates off-grid using solar power and stored water. Guests can enjoy modern comforts while being mindful of these resources. Please switch off air conditioning and lights when heading out, keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running, and avoid leaving water running unnecessarily.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire casita and its outdoor spaces. Locked storage cabinets are reserved for management use.

Vive Verde is approximately 45–60 minutes from San Pedro town by golf cart, depending on road and weather conditions. A golf cart is strongly recommended for getting around, visiting Secret Beach, and accessing shops and restaurants.

During rainy weather, access roads may have standing water, muddy sections, and uneven surfaces. Please allow extra travel time and drive carefully.
