Located in the newest and most popular neighborhood of San Pedro, it's incredibly quiet & surrounded by nature, yet just a 1 minute walk from Cafe Orbe, Bistro Isabel, and several other super popular resturants.

The space
This uniquely designed home has a bright and airy spanish colonial vibe with jaw-dropping views of the lake and volcanoes.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: The large open floor plan boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and a spacious living area with custom furniture that will provide comfort for the whole family.

SLEEPING: The home offers 3 large bedrooms and comfy full sized beds. There is ample sleeping room for 6 guests.

TERRACE/GARDEN:

🔥 Relax and unwind from a long day of exploring with a peaceful campfire in the firepit outside. Be sure to grab a few cold drinks and surround yourself with family and friends.

In the morning, enjoy the amazing sunrises over the lake while sipping a cup of hot, fresh local coffee from the massive terrace. Even pick fresh Avacados from our mature tree above the terrace for avacodo toast or delicious guacamole. 😋

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home, terrace and garden.

Guests do not have access to the basement level.

There is a locked closet in the first bedroom where we store cleaning supplies and extra sheets. Please do NOT try to pry it open. Trust me, there's nothing fun in there.
