Dear Ms. Marty, So sorry for the inconveniences of the construction. As we cannot close our operation we try our best not to cause discomfort to our guests. We only do 3 rooms per week which has made the remodeling works longer than expected. It is our hotel's policy to refurbish our rooms every 5 to 6 years to keep our facilities updated. It is not fair of you to give our property this terrible review when it was you who mistaken in making your reservation of one triple room for one adult and showing up at the hotel with a huge group of 6. Our policies are very clear that the maximium occupancy for a triple room is 5 persons with additional charges for the 2 extra guests. We tried to accomodate your group the best way possible in 2 double rooms with special treat in not charging for the third person.
