"The hotel was comfortable and well-located (visavis Milan Linate airport). The staff were friendly and helpful. The key challenges for me were - 1) A pool exists but isn't open. I wish they made that very clear before we booked as the pool was a big reason to choose the Novotel. 2) Hardly any good vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. They really need to think about people who might not want to eat meat or.fish. Overall, a good place for a short stay before you fly out."
