'Beautiful location, great staff! '

'This is our second time staying at the Palm House Villa. We love the location of this villa. Sets high on the ocean cliff. A quiet, rural setting with unmatched views of the mountains and ocean. We saw at least 20 whales over several days. 6 of the whales were within 150 meters of the coastline. The house is clean and above average for the area. Our host communicated well when we had questions and was very gracious. '

'What a horrible experience. Other than the beautiful surroundings this could have turned out to be a nightmare. 1st, the listing provided an inaccurate address in the complete opposite end of the terrenas mountains that took us to the entrance of a private property. It was a hassle to climb up and a complete nightmare to drive down from. Once we were provided with the correct address, then we were told that the host was not expecting us, even when the host himself had already confirmed receipt...
