Nice clean spacious home for our large group!

The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. Many spacious areas for people to spread out. The gym was great! Our party of 19 never felt cramped!

Property was perfect for a family gathering. we are mom & dad, five children, four grandchildren, a spouse and a "boyfriend". It is a super place, "beach" close by and lots to do "around" the house. A great place for summer fun. We will be coming back!!

Amazing place to stay!!!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay in this beautiful cabin in Sagle ID!! This large cabin was perfect for our large family! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could possibly need, the hot tub was perfect, the beds were so comfortable. We had so much fun with the kayaks and loved fishing in the beautiful river. We had a blast with the basketball and pickle ball courts. Evenings were so fun with the fire pit and the littles spent hours playing outside and in the sand box. The only thing we lacked was more time to stay there!!! The hosts were so responsive, helpful, and kind to communicate with. All of our children and grandchildren are hoping we make staying at this beautiful home in Sagle a regular tradition.

Accurate listing for a great house that I would definitely recommend to friends!

Exactly as advertised! Clean, well maintained, very comfortable, warm enough during the cold month of February, nice kitchen with all we needed to cook family dinners, spacious enough for groups of all sizes and ages. Every room has it's own full bathroom, plus there was a half bath by the kitchen for general use. The hot tub was large and the jets were amazing! Probably the best hot tub I've ever been in. My family would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting. I do not have any complaints as the house and host were both wonderful! One question for the host..... The only thing we were a bit confused about was with the hot tub. The house rule was to put in chlorine shock after every use, but with so many people in our group we were rotating and using it multiple times per evening. To avoid making the tub too chemically treated for the next people getting in, we just did a single shock at the end of the night when everyone was done using it. I hope that was okay. Thanks again!

Sagle Home for Schweitzer Skiing vacation

The home is well equipped with cooking gear and has an expansive floor plan with plenty of personal and group space. It is at least a 45 minute drive to the base of the Schweitzer ski resort and 25 minute drive from Sandpoint.

Best place we’ve stayed at in years!

My family goes on a getaway every year. This was by far the best place for our family. Many bathrooms. Never felt like we needed more. Lots of plates and bowls and everything in kitchen. Hot tub was amazing! Radiant floor heating was awesome. Natural gas fireplace was great! Awesome smart TV. Lots of seating for dining. Close by to home in Spokane. Enjoyed every moment of it! Might book it again next year.

Fun Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked playing in and on Lake Pend Orielle. Fishing from the pier was one of our favorite things. The children particularly liked swinging, roasting marshmallows, and the hot tub. There were adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family and a big enough kitchen fir all of us to gather for games and meals.

Large Family Gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 18 people, ages 1yr to 60+, and this place had something for everyone! Our kids were never bored as they had a swing set, ping pong table and woods to play in at the house and also a lovely secluded swimming area just a short walk across the road. The adults enjoyed visiting on the beautiful, picturesque back patio, fishing, and swimming. The house was clean and very functional in that each bedroom/family had their own bathroom which was such a bonus with kids. We were concerned about the house not having ac but even in the 90 degree heat, with the use of fans and some small window units upstairs, the house stayed very comfortable. We were also fortunate enough to get to meet the owners of the house and they set up a water trampoline for our kids to use on our last day- so generous and the kids had a blast! It was lovely to meet the owners and get to know them and the story behind the house... Some very small recommendations for future renters: there is only one refrigerator and if you have a large group, you will need to use coolers because of limited fridge space. We did this and it didn't deter at all from the experience but just as a heads up. Also, the dock space is small so if you park 2 boats, it takes up most of the dock. Again, we still were able to make the most if it and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We are looking into booking again for next year!

Not what we expected

The house could not sleep the posted amount. At the most comfortably it could sleep 18. The outside was under renovation, so had no place for kids to play and potential areas to play were taped off to stay out. Advertised badminton could not be played because grassy area was taped off and rest of area was trashy because of construction. Fire pit was not as advertised. Parking was restricted without advance notice. Doc to swim and boat from was across a road with speeding cars, so crossing for children was scary at times. Water toys like kayaks and paddle boards had to be hauled about a 100 yards down and back up a steep ramp every day - not easy to do for older adults or smaller children of which we had both. Hot tub wouldn't get hot. Ping pong table was warped so useless.

Lovely Home, Wonderful Stay

The pictures do not to justice to the immensity of this home! Our group of 6 couples enjoyed each having a private bedroom and bath. Also we had plenty of space for prepping meals and eating and watching a movie. We took a few long walks and enjoyed the winter wonderland around this home. It was a perfect getaway location for us!

Christmas 2020

This house met our needs! With 6 bedrooms and full bathrooms, everyone had privacy and space. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed multiple people to use at the same time. Parking was safe and easily accommodated our 3 vehicles. The hot tub jets were wonderful after skiing. The backyard was perfect for young boys, and access to the lake shore was easy. Seth was very responsive and made communication easy. The only thing we could come up with that would have improved our stay......a different can opener! I’m sure that has already been replaced. Excellent experience for our entire family Christmas, even had a Christmas tree for us!
