'Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs.'

Chef Karan, Chef Ramesh, Duty Manager Mohit Saraswast, Rahul, Sandeep Saini, Vipin Pawar, Gudiya, Restaurant Manager Rakesh all are outstanding Staff always looking to make dining and accommodations experience the BEST! 'Clark Amer is a nice hotel to stay. Some of the front desk employee need a training how to behave, talk and be helpful to all the customers. There is a major difference how they take care of visitors with a high standard. At arrival there is a ceremony only for the high standard people, not for all customers. 'This is a nice property with great staff. However there were some issues to be aware of. The first two nights I had a room with a very hard bed. One of those nights there was no hot water. It was explained that there was a large group that stayed and that the boiler just couldn’t keep up. Understandable, however I was moved to another room and one night hot shower. The next back to tepid at best. Not unsurvivable just an annoyance. The bed however was much more comfortable. It’s definitely good...
