Breng een lange vakantie door in dit charmante ZEER grote familie-appartement op het prachtige eiland Sanibel. Een kingsize bed en 4 queensize bedden! Uitstekende orthopedische chiropractische matrassen en kussens overal. Bij aankomst op Sanibel Island wacht uw vakantie op u met een sleutelloze toegang tot de flat. Hierdoor kunnen onze gasten rechtstreeks van de luchthaven naar het appartement gaan, zonder inchecken. Onze Condo heet Coquina Beach 2H en bevindt zich in gebouw 2 op de tweede verdieping! Geniet van ons appartement in dit tropische paradijs, omringd door geweldige zandstranden, prachtige dieren in het wild (dolfijnen in overvloed), kilometers eindeloze fiets- en wandelpaden, winkels, golf, tennis / augurkbalveld en natuurlijk de beste restaurants. Ons appartement is gelegen in een zeer privé, rustige hoek van Coquina Beach Condos, dat een intiem luxe Gulf-Waterfront 40-appartementencomplex is met een eigen promenade naar uw privéstrand, een tennis- / augurkbalveld, een verwarmd privézwembad, een picknickplaats, en barbecue grills. Als u hier bij Coquina 2H verblijft, bent u 100 stappen naar uw prachtige zandstrand, met schelpen gevuld en op steenworp afstand van ons verfrissende zwembad. Coquina Beach ligt aan het oostelijke uiteinde van Middle Gulf Drive en is slechts een korte wandeling of fietstocht naar vele favoriete Sanibel-locaties. Het appartement is twee jaar geleden gerenoveerd, inclusief zowel badkamers, apparaten en prachtige op maat gemaakte tegelvloeren in het appartement. De bedden zijn allemaal nieuw. Nieuwe smart-tv's en de volgende NIEUWE voorzieningen als volgt:

Absolutely beautiful and spacious condo! We had 5 adults, one teen, and an infant - plenty of room for all of us! And the location cannot be beat - close to everything, especially the beach! Owner is extremely friendly and responsive! 5 stars!!!

Wow! I really don’t know where to start. If I could give Ken, the host, higher than five stars I would. Everything that was presented/promised on the VRBO site was delivered and then some! From the phone call I received, directly after the booking, to answer a couple questions I had that were regarding “post hurricanes” and advice on excursions- up through checkout. Everything was perfect- cleanliness, plenty linens, supplies, beach gear, tvs, kitchenwares… just everything. In addition, the list of recommendations I received via text for things to do/places to eat was above and beyond personal customer service. He genuinely made our trip planning feel “worry free” with all the pre-travel plans communication as if he were providing all his knowledge and preparation for the trip of a personal friend. Everything exchange communicated was instant. IMO, he really cares about providing guests with assurance of smooth, safe travel stay and pleasurable trip overall! Thank you so much, Ken!! Sorry I didn’t get around to the review sooner. Our stay was late April. It was an ideal spot on the island.

My sister and I took our mom and our teens to Sanibel for sun and seashells. We booked this condo last minute and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. When we arrived, the condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was warm and the beach was so close…a short, beautiful walk on either a boardwalk or a sandy path. The condo has a screened in patio overlooking the pool. The complex was landscaped beautifully with blooming flowers and palm trees. Our teens played pickleball at the court and rode the bikes. We also took advantage of the beach items available in the condo (beach chairs, balls, buckets, skim board, shell nets) They also had golf clubs and a charcoal grill available, which we didn’t use. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything in the condo looked new. This fit our group of 7 perfectly. We completely loved staying here and would highly recommend! Location was incredible and the beach was full of beautiful shells during our stay. Dolphins swam within a few feet of us. We loved our week here!

This condo was absolutely fantastic! Tiffany and Ken are amazing hosts. They were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The televisions came in handy for March Madness. The location was perfect, with parking, easy walk to the beach, and our favorite restaurants just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at this totally renovated condo on Sanibel Island. Ken went out of this way to ensure the condo met our expectations. Condo felt brand new and in the perfect location on the island just steps from the beach. I’ll definitely keep this place at the top of my list for future visits.

We just finished our stay and we have totally fallen in love this place and with Sanibel. We had the pool out one side and the beach just a tiny walk out the other - for a family with kids it couldn’t be better set up. It also has loads of space inside and some fun features that our kids really loved (screened in balcony, loft with a spiral staircase). Not sure what else to say - we loved it and can’t wait to come back.

We found this Coquina Beach property at the last minute, and it fit our family perfectly. We had 7 people, so the kids slept in the loft which they loved. The location was great, we had bikes/paddleboards/boogie boards delivered, all of which we used a lot! There were 4 beach towels for us to use, beach chairs, and it was a very short walk to the beach itself. We ate almost every meal in the house, plenty of pots/pans/dishes for us to use. The owners were super responsive, even late at night when we had parking questions , and when the power went out to 1/5 of the island. There are some minor upgrades (light bulbs were out, or stronger bulbs needed; mattress in master bedroom leans) but the owner was responsive to fixing/investigating these issues. All in all, a great vacation!

From the heated pool to the beach just a few steps away, this well furnished two story condo, had everything we needed - from linens, to beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet and beautiful location, with wonderful breezes, and you can smell the sea air! Thanks Ken and Tiffany!

Owners of the condo are great! The condo itself is nice too! Great location with quick walk to the beach! Quiet location. Quick drive (10min or less)from the main shopping/eating area. The master bed is in need of replacement though, it has a large lump down the middle of the bed & wasn’t comfortable for my husband. Also the hot water for a shower didn’t last long. If you are not tech savvy you may also have a harder time figuring out the tv situation (I am sure the wonderful owners would have helped us but we didn’t want to bother them). Once we figured it out it was nice to have different streaming options for watching tv. Overall non of these things were deal breakers for us & it was a nice vacation & we would stay here again! Side note- if you are susceptible to bites from beach bugs you may get them here. I had itchy bites head to toe on me, my husband didn’t. Try bug spray before heading to the beach.

Unforgettable memories were made here! Our family of 4 loved this spacious condo and the 14 year olds enjoyed the spiral staircase leading to the two double beds in the upstairs loft they shared. With so much space we could have definitely invited more of our family and friends! We were in awe of the gorgeous walkway leading to the quiet beach with palm trees, lush greenery, leaping lizards, and bunnies guiding our way. We visited the first week of November and it felt like our own private beach! We made breakfast and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and grilled outside on the grille available. We ate at the dining table (seats 6) outside on the lanai overlooking the gorgeous yard and heated pool. Code access to the condo’s door so no keys required and we could each come and go as we pleased. We made coffee and walked to the beach for sunrise in our PJs half asleep. The host provides 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach caddy, boogie boards, paddle ball, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and all the shelling accessories. The beds were comfy and the couch was so cozy a few of us drifted to sleep there before making our way to bed. The bedrooms are equipped with TVs with Netflix and cable, and books for your reading pleasure. This spot is a bike ride (or walk) away from great restaurants, a beach bar .07 miles down the beach (Turtle’s Tiki Bar), easy to walk since you will be shell hunting! We rented paddle boards and bicycles, waiting for us outside of the condo when we arrived. It truly felt like our own private spot, we didn’t see many neighbors or vacationers in the other condos — it was as if we owned the place! Recommend renting a car to visit the surrounding beaches to change up the scenery for a day like Captiva Island and more, but you have everything you need on the island. Publix is 15 minutes away by car over the Sanibel causeway but there is a small grocery store (Jerry’s) on the island pretty close to the condo by bike. Renting with Ken was great - he was extremely responsive, communicative, efficient, and even shared the low down of everything we needed to know from wifi to the best spots to eat, shop, and explore. We all wished we could have stayed much longer.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary trip, and it is safe to say the pictures do not do it justice. The stay was fantastic! This condo was well kept and very clean, and the layout was very spacious. I could see easily fitting 7-8 people, maybe more in this space. Great beach access, PLENTY of room for us both, and Sanibel is beautiful as always. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. 5/5 stars, we had a wonderful time!

This was an awesome property only one building off of the beach. Beautiful, awesome property, with everything you need for your island stay on Sanibel! Location was awesome! Property location was so wonderful! Beds were comfortable, the condo was set up very well with everything you need to stay and have a relaxing vacation while you play at the beach! The host was professional and super helpful with tips on what to do while on Sanibel and thought of everything! Just add you and yours and this property was perfect! We will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Sanibel, and it was an amazing trip. The unit was in a great location, it literally had everything you needed for your stay including the most comfortable beds I have come across in many (many) years of travel. Our host was amazing and provided us with lots of information which allowed us to focus on our trip without having to do a lot of research. The unit had 1K bedroom with bath, a 2Q bedroom and a 2Q loft all of the mattresses were very comfortable. There was also a fully equipped kitchen, second full bath, washer dryer, dining area, living room area with very comfortable couches and a screened porch over looking the pool. It was a very short scenic walk to the beach and our hosts made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, board games, books, high speed internet modern smart TV’s ,shelling tools and much more… they have anticipated everything. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable rental in a great location this is a great choice. We look forward to planning our next trip to this paradise. We go on vacation ever year and have stayed in many places. This was hands down the best place we've ever seen or stayed! Ken and Tiffany took wonderful care of us, they have taken very good care of their properties! The location was amazing.. literally feet from the beach! The condo was very clean, spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed for us and our kids! We will definitely be back next year! Ps. The beds are amazing!! Thank you Ken and Tiffany for been so involved with making sure our stay was everything we deserved!
