Multiple patio accesses are located off the living area, allowing guests access to the expansive wraparound patio featuring ample seating. Featuring custom cabinetry and granite countertops, the kitchen is centrally located with entrances off the den and front entryway. Guests will find a convenient bathroom (featuring walk in shower and single vanity) immediately to the right after entering the residence. The bedrooms are separated from the living area by a lengthy hallway, providing plenty of privacy from the living area.
