Furthermore, with a fully equipped galley kitchen featuring multiple accesses and a pass through bar, open concept floor plan, and centrally located den, guests will find this residence well equipped for entertaining and spending quality social time with family and friends. In terms of floor plan, guests will find an oversized living area with dining table immediately beyond the entryway. Adjacent to this is the den, featuring an abundance of comfy furniture and a brand new 70 inch Samsung Smart TV. Multiple patio accesses are located off the living area, allowing guests access to the expansive wraparound patio featuring ample seating. Featuring custom cabinetry and granite countertops, the kitchen is centrally located with entrances off the den and front entryway.
