Kom genieten van de schoonheid van Pointe Santo, de meest onberispelijke en goed onderhouden accommodatie op het eiland. Ontspan in dit eersteklas Sanibel-complex. Geniet van de zon bij het zwembad en de jacuzzi terwijl de kinderen genieten van de schelpenambachten en natuurwandelingen bij het activiteitenprogramma voor kinderen op de camping.

Onze onlangs gerenoveerde appartement is zeer goed uitgerust om uw vakantie volledig aangenaam te maken. De nieuwe keuken heeft alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, inclusief gefilterd water en een ijsblokjesmachine in de koelkast, Cuisinart koffiezetapparaat en mooie blauwe en witte gerechten. We proberen het beste van alles in ons appartement te zetten om onze gasten zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken, zodat er niets is om aan te denken, behalve het hebben van een geweldige vakantie.

Een recente renovatie heeft een spectaculaire flat opgeleverd. Prachtige Italiaanse tegels, een Toscaans hoofdbad met bad en dubbele glazen douchecabine. De bedden zijn vooral comfortabel met op maat gemaakt beddengoed. Na een dag ontspannen, wachten de grills op u om een biefstuk of visfilet te barbecueën, en dan te genieten van een glas wijn op de Lanai terwijl u de zon ziet ondergaan boven de golf. Met WiFi in het hele appartement en het complex kunt u uw e-mail op elk gewenst moment controleren. Er zijn tv's in de woonkamer en slaapkamers, evenals dvd-spelers.

Ons appartement is ingericht met een parasol, strandstoelen, zand speelgoed, spelletjes, puzzels, dvd's en een hele plank met boeken. Er zijn zelfs strandhanddoeken, zodat u ze niet hoeft in te pakken. Breng jezelf en je badpak en geniet ervan!

Wendy did a great job in advance of our arrival with updates on the island since hurricane Ian. She was a fantastic host and made sure if we had any questions or concerns they would be addressed immediately.An excellent place to enjoy a week on Sanibel with a host that insured every thing would be first class.

The Pointe Santo property is centrally located on Sanibel Island. It was very easy to find and it was a short drive to restaurants, shops and other points of interest. The condo we stayed in was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The landscaping on the property is still in the process of being repaired due to the storm damage caused by Hurricane Ian. It is not as lush & green as one would anticipate, but now knowing how much damage was done, it is amazing how far the restoration has progressed.

The water--from the pool or the ocean--is just steps away. We rented bikes and got to everywhere in just minutes. We loved the thoughtful amenities, like beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as well as high-quality kitchen items for our family that loves to cook. Comfortable beds and furniture and a lovely en-suite bath.

Wendy’s home is beautiful and brand new after the renovations made post the hurricanes. We were the first guests to stay since the renovations and any issues were dealt with quickly. Wendy had exceptional communication and let us know ahead of time any delays with the contractors. We would definitely stay here again- would love to see the property once everything is finished :)

Beautiful place! Had great accommodations for our 1 year old. Easily fit a fam of 5! Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were so great! Easy first floor walk out. All the updates are so perfect! Really close to bike paths that make it easy to travel! Complex was so well kept. Can’t express how amazing it was. I would definitely return here!

Over 60 girls trip to Sanibel to celebrate a birthday. Usually stay in a motel on Island but never again after renting this condo. Comfortable home away from home. It was a perfect set up for the 3 of us. Plenty of room, well stocked with house supplies. The setting was fabulous. Highly recommend

What a wonderful property on Sanibel. We felt like we were in a resort, and our host,Wendy, provides all that you need for a great week on a beautiful beach. There were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. The condo is updated and well maintained. Very much appreciated the pantry cupboard filled with some kitchen essentials that saved us from having to purchase. The condo complex is clean and beautifully landscaped and manicured. Wendy was responsive and an easy host who kept in touch from day one. Highly recommend this fabulous condo!

We had the most amazing week We are leaving relaxed and refreshed. Wendy was very attentive and the property is just lovely and extremely well equipped. My teenage sons had the best time in the waves , playing volleyball, corn hole toss and meeting some friends. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing by the gulf and looking for shells . We can’t wait to return to sanibel !

Our family had a great time and the ground floor condo was very convenient to take our Grandchildren to the pool and beach. Wendy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. She is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of cooking utensils and pots & pans. The unit was perfect leading eight out the door to the grounds. The unit was perfectly supplied for my guests and me. My elderly brother just loved watching the people and sitting on the lanai. The guests at Pointe Santos were very respectful of the complex and made the stay very accommodating. We will be staying again next year for 2 weeks. Carole jarich

We love visiting Sanibel: hiking, beach walks with incredible shells and of course the Ding Darling refuge. This property is close to stores, restaurants, the beach and the refuge. This condo was in great condition and very well stocked with everything you might need.

This was a most lovely condo in a peaceful setting for our vacation at the beach on sanibel. Close to stores, restaurants, very friendly neighbors, too. We loved the lagoon right outside our place. We needed nothing more. It was as a retreat, much needed.

We loved our week at B1! The condo is beautiful and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. It's about 125 steps to the beach and you can see it from the lanai, a perfect spot for morning coffee. Since we flew, it was especially nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and assorted gear available there. Wendy was communicative and easy to work with. We hope to return! It was our first trip to Sanibel Island and won't be our last.
