'Loved Captiva and overall property. Clean. Well kept. The unit overlooks mangroves. Short drive to beach villas where you can park for beach. Beach was amazing. Seashells everywhere, almost no waves, not crowded and peaceful. '

'Beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access from elevator. Even beach chairs and toys. Owner is accessible if needed which we did not need. Lovely view. We kept migrating between the pool and the beach. Easy access to both. Book it, you won’t regret it!'

'We love Sanibel Island. But this place was really nice. Very clean. Easy to find and access with the clear instructions from Denise. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was outstanding as well. '

'The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for a nice weekend! '

'We were beyond impressed with this condo. The owner did a fantastic job with every detail of the condo. The kitchen and appliances were very nice and impressed with the high end choices.The decor is really pretty and all the furniture so comfy.The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms were so impressive felt like a spa experience. The owners/hosts are so nice and were great to communicate with arranging our stay. My husband and I both agree we have found our new favorite unit at Pointe Santo...

'We had a wonderful trip at Jim's property. He provided everything we needed for the beach, the location was great, and his communication with us was wonderful going into the trip. He was extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our questions which eliminated a lot of searching. We knew exactly what to expect and we had a wonderful time in Sanibel.'
